- Just a short video to thank all of you who have taken the trouble to SUBSCRIBE to this channel!! I just noticed the number subscribing is now just over 4000 which is amazing !
I often think that the word "Subscribe" is a misnomer because if can infer its going to cost moolah !! But no, all it means is that by subscribing you get to hear when the next video is published.....doesn't mean you have to watch it....there are many channels I have subscribed to and I don't watch all their content - only what interests me.
The big deal on CZcams is the dreaded "algorithm" that nobody understands!

Another thing worth mentioning is I DO appreciate comments. A thumbs up if you enjoyed the video is good for the algorithm but a comment - critical or positive would be appreciated from me.

Thank you Rob for all the very interesting motorcycling trips and brilliant routes and even better bikes doing things with you that most people would never contemplate attempting, so thanks again for some classic video trips. All the Best.
John - always great to hear from you - thanks mate!
Congratulations, Rob! It's well deserved and thank you for taking us on so many enjoyable trips, both big and small. Good on you for being yourself and adhering to Polonious' invocation.
I’ll need to look that up Chris but thanks for all your observations and comments along the way!
@@RobLittleuk You're more than welcome, Rob. 👍 To help you look up the reference, see Hamlet I, iii, 78-80.
@@chrisweeks6973 I knew it was from Hamlet but didn't have the least idea how to find it.....basically Chris, I'm a peasant !
@@RobLittleuk Don't worry, Rob; it's you and me both! 😉
Nice 1 Rob. 👍Waiting for the review of the lawnmower 🤣🤣
That’s given me an idea Simon
Well done, Rob, and I think I can say for everyone here, we appreciate what you do, and who you are.
THANKS cousin !!!
Congratulations Rob, your channel is a joy to watch and I look forward each one with relish. I am of the age of your other riders so can identify with you all when out riding. Keep them coming Rob. 😊👍🏍NJ
I will keep them coming God willing. And thanks John.
Did you know it's NATIONAL 'MOTORCYCLE RIDE TO WORK DAY', tomorrow as informed by the British Motorcycle Federation. They also suggested that us old retired riders get out on our bikes. I wondered if you had heard anything and if so, would you be out riding. The wife and I will be out, hopefully, the weather will play ball. 😊👍🏍NJ
@@johnimmins7302 Not heard anything about that John - it always seems to be one special day or anothr but then for us oldies, every day is special
🎉

ie Tetbury cherrington
Thanks for your comment - I try to include a bit of local footage although I do go further afield.
You're a legend Rob and deserve every sub.
What a nice thing to say James....thank you!
Thank you, Rob, I enjoy your video's very much, I have been watching them for about a year. I am 67, just got back into motorcycling. Its great to see you all get out enjoying your self's. Seeing young Dave reminds me I do have a number of motorcycling years left, get out there and do it. it's interesting to see so many different motorcycles on your rides. I wish I could be part of a group like you have. A friend just said to me last Friday we should start a group, there's nothing like yours in Christchurch, New Zealand. It's not about riding flat out, it's the companionship etc. One more thing I like how are being yourself, thanks again.
Thanks so much for your comment and by the way - YOUNG Dave is 82 next - he's the one that fell off.....OLD Dave is 92 next month and rides the blue or red mobylette. You should start a group and the best way to do that would be through Facebook. But first search for "Christchurch bikers or motorcycles" and see if anything on there is of interest. Or start you own "Canterbury TRails" !! Not sure if you are on facebook - a lot of people of a certain age hate it, I do, but its the only way to link up with others of a similar interest locally. You could even go on the Christchurch community page and ask if anyone is interested and then form a group. I have someone who comments on my videos called Chris who is an older biker but he is on North Island. What do you ride?
@@RobLittleuk Thats ok, I needed to show my appreciation. I thought after I sent my message, I was meant to say Old Dav, I had no idea he is 10 years older than Young Dav, they are a real inspiration. Yes, I am on Facebook, not that keen about it but like you mention it's the only way to meet up with others. Your group is great with all smaller motorcycles. I noticed a rider now on a Triumph speed 400. I ride a Honda NXR125 2004, I bought it about a year and a half ago, when I bought it, it only had 37 km on the clock, first owner in 2004 rode it home from the motorcycle shop and never rode it again, now it's done about 4,200 km and looks almost new still. Thanks for your advice.
Forgot to put my name, Gary
@@user-op6pd1fu2l Wow what a great little bike and almost "as new" although 20 years old! I suppose you could say you were lucky that things had not deteriorated through lack of usage but.....! And yes two members of our group have 400 Speeds and are only bringing them to the club to run them in. Try and get a group together and let me know how you get on. Oh btw there is a page on FB called "Great fun on small bikes" - I see there are at least two guys on there from Christchurch but you need to stick up a pic of you and yer bike and ask if anyone else with small bikes fancies a ride`!
@@RobLittleuk Hi Rob, yes I will try to get a group together and will let you know. The NXR125, I bought it from a motorcycle shop, its they who bought it from the original owner, when the shop first received it, it had 24 km on the clock. They pulled the carb off, striped and dipped it, changed the engine oil, new spark plug and battery. I had its first full service done at 1,000 Km., valve clearance etc. Not many of this model Honda road registered in NZ. I am thinking about buying a Triumph Speed 400 after Winter. Will not part with the NXR125, Regards Gary
Just goes to show, there are lots of us who like "loads of old nonsense". Keep doing what you do and we'll keep watching
Thats what I'm counting on Gerry - appreciate your interest
Good job Rob… is the SEE number plates a previous business name?
Yes I had 3 of them - two are on my cars the other on the bonneville - now people think its an old one.....WELL it is.....2022 😂
TAYM Boosting your Channel 😂
