Chuck Berry was something special, a musician, a showman, a hair dresser, etc. Most of all, he was a hell of an entertainer.
he inspired all rockers, he has many hits,
"Who do you guys feel that Chuck inspired over the years?"
He's the primary inventor of rock music. He was the first person inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and was inducted on the day it opened.
You should check out the video of when he was inducted. He performs this same song with Bruce Springsteen and the admiration that shows on Springsteen’s face while they are performing together is just insane.

Chuck Berry, along with a raft of other pioneers of rock (Bill Haley, Elvis, Buddy Holly etc) had a significant inluence on all the next generation of musicians: rarely were they copied, simply because they were so individual. I was fortunate enough to see/meet all of the early rock artists apart from Elvis, who regretably never performed in the UK. Thanks for the reaction.

I saw Chuck & Jerry Lee Lewis back n 2008…..Chuck Berry was certainly the better performer👌👏👍💎 (He asked if there were any requests and I shouted "Ding-a-ling", what he immediately started🤣🔄
I love Lots of his song... Maybelline & Brown Eyed Handsome Man are great....his whole discography is fantastic💎👌
