- I've been looking forward to making this big breakfast on the Blackstone griddle for a while now... It's got all of my favorite griddle breakfast recipes including hashbrown casserole griddle cakes, fried pork chops, and homemade sausage gravy in one epic (but messy) Blackstone breakfast!

That will be a great breakfast for supper as the days get cooler. We've made the hash brown casserole a few times. Made it a couple of weeks ago when we had friends visiting and they raved about it all day. Thanks for the effort you two put into this.

Good stuff indeed , the only thing that I would change is 3 biscuits 2 hash browns and 1chop , just what happens when you get older . You just can't eat as much as you you used too. Still we try , never give up , never say never !
Yes, I could go with one biscuit, one hash brown, one chop, one egg…..at 70 that is a FULL meal.

Think eggs, bacon(s👈🏻), sausage(s👈🏻) assortment of flavored B&S even mix with different egg preperations, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Other potential dishes include potatoes like hash browns or potato pancakes, corned beef hash and black pudding. On the side, buttered toast. Mugs of hot tea or coffee to wash down the feast.
It’s a ton of food, but of course, folks don’t have 8 or more kids anymore like my mother’s family. She was the baby, as am I of my family, not that my situation falls in line here. There was lots of egg gathering and cow milking and churning after the roosters started crowing & 4am back then. I hated those damn roosters. I grew up across the road from them starting at age 4, after my dad built the house I grew up in. I can sleep through a damn tornado, but those 2 or 3 roosters of my grandparents… Yes, I had a Red Ryder, and I also had to tear off my own switches.

Looks good man. I just got done putting the Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate together... mostly. I dropped one of the screws used for most of the assembly somewhere, so I wound up one short for the screws that hold the firebox onto the cart (3 screwed in instead of 4 should hold it pretty decently though), and it's 10:41 and dark... so I didn't feel like getting someone to help me lift the actual griddle onto the firebox, so tomorrow I'll need to screw the little stabilizer things into the griddle, get someone to help me lift it onto the firebox, hopefully find that missing screw (or maybe it has a spare parts back with an extra one), and then we should be good to go, hopefully.

I've noticed in some of your videos that you used Tillamook cheese and you should try the Tillamook sour cream instead of that Daisy, not sure if you can get it there and I'm surprised you got the cheese if you're living in Tennessee, I grew up 30 minutes away from the factory ( black label extra sharp) and if you're lucky habanero Jack and I have a hard time finding that

You will get a much smoother consistency when melting because you don't have all the cellulose in there...
