Can you look into why Tesla is showing the Model 3 Highland with white interior with an estimated delivery date of June/July on the web site, but customers who ordered the car on 1/10/24 are getting pushed out to August!. Something weird is going on in Fremont with the white interior, but you can't get a straight answer out of Tesla. There has not been one white interior model 3 delivered all year! When asked, the reps all become Sargent Schultz (Hogan's Heroes) - "I know nothing"......
Listen, I’m a 55-year-old schoolteacher. I just bought myself a Y model and I think I’m just the cats pajamas. I live in a pretty right leaning part of the country and I’m not right leaning. Someone rammed their card into me at the grocery store after school today and I only have 100 miles on my car. I’m kind of sad.

My Model 3 Refresh has been delayed. I ordered mine in late January, and have gotten several push-off dates. (originally supposed to be delivered in February, but currently says June-July)
If you got white interior, that’s why. I ordered mine Jan 10 just 23 min after it went live. It got pushed again to June 30th - Aug 11th. Switched to black interior and received my VIN within 48 hrs. Should be taking delivery on or around the 24th of this month (April)
However, do NOT… I say again… DO NOT pick one from existing inventory unless you’re okay with paying the increased prices. Changing your current order will keep you locked in to the price it was at when you first placed your order (-$1000 for switching to black interior)

I would pay like $10 a month for fsd to be honest. Not impressed with it and probably like more the standard auto pilot
Paying insurance and FSD doesn’t make sense, FSD drives more wrecklessly and raises my insurance rates. FSD should be cheap since it raises your insurance.
Tesla could add to its bottom line immediately by building and delivering all the refreshed Model 3s with white interiors that folks have ordered. I wonder how many hundreds or thousands of people are seeing their delivery dates slip 4-5-6 months. Some of those will jump to other car companies amidst all this news . . .

Tesla prices cannot climb too high for too long because it would cause a massive oversupply that they’re already trying to work their way through via larger inventory vehicle discounts.

I am actually mad at Tesla's strategy, they are an American company, made for American people, yet they release the BEST new stuff in other countries, for cheaper than in America, where is the sense here? Where is the patriotism?
Sometimes you have to give in order to get. The strategy transcends many’s understanding and expectations. They have trounced the weak and are now utilizing complex tactics.
@@pgiatrakis I don't agree with that, and I do have money invested in Tesla, the best way to get is to invest, and Americans have been investing a shitload of money into Tesla, therefore, Americans should be the first ones to rip the rewards...
i'm french and the only reason why wolkswagen can secure the price and the quality they have is because the size that they are, initially they never been cheap, and then they expand in the world place themselves as the leader they are today, and now they have decent price for germany.
relax man, with the incentive in the US it's cheaper than to buy one in france..
you'll get your cheap tesla, but hey, you also have FSD and us european we cannot use it. so keep smiling the patriotism is still present

@@onionpeeler2023 Okay, but what if I tell you that many of the components in the tesla are from France, so we are great partner with tesla too, our technologies through the car industry get you a model Y or 3 cheaper.
Secondly, yes in terms of mass, all of Americans have more shares in tesla that French for the example, but myself too i have share so does that mean I cannot have a cheaper tesla in my home country ?
if you mean getting the best in terms of technology, then you already have it technically, better incentives, FSD, NCAS (We have CCS your port is better) you have the Cybertruck, I live in the alps and cannot have any pick up dang it! no F150 can fit on our road, not cybertruck approved due to our freaking regulation, Rivian isn't there. America First my man you already have it haha

Considering the price, Tesla build quality is really sup-par. Lots of gee-wiz bling though.
Not any more. Just took delivery of a new 2024 Model 3, and the build quality is outstanding. I spent an hour going over it inside and out before accepting delivery, and could not fault one single thing.
@@mrboogang wait until you have driven it for 6 months and the rattles begin. Tesla doesn’t even come close to the build quality of Toyota or Honda, much less Lexus or Acura. I have a 2023 M3. It’s a good car, but it’s not on the level of the Japanese or German car makers. FYI don’t forget to rotate your tires every 5K miles.
This comes up often. I’ve personally never had build quality issues with any of my Tesla’s but … anything I spend money on I expect quality. If an issue were noticed I’d take it back & get it resolved, instantly. Right? Just sayin’

@@shaianderson8 It's the same old argument about 'waiting all day for it to charge', when people don't read/learn about new tech and how you can now get 80% charge in 15 minutes on a supercharger. The build 'issues' are now gone as well.
