I love my Everest 10, glad I didn’t go with the trx4. The redcat is simple (in a good way), easy to work on, performs well and best of all I know I spent half the price.

I have both. My box stock trx4 sport Out of the Box Is kept up very well with my 4 wheels steering custom chassis different tires 27turn pen mod exc e10 . Its like one is better one way while the other is better in a different area . Id say they are fairly even . So it ends up the same at the end pretty much . Im excited to see what the trx4 sport does with some mods!
I just wish you had taken the exact same lines with these vehicles. The tighter turning radius of the TRX won me over. Also, it looks much more realistic weight/handling wise. I'm weight in going with the upgraded TRX-4, but I don't want either Bronco or the Chevy shell. I found an old 4-runner shell but it is going to be a lot of work, and I'd rather spend that time playing.
Another cost effective approach is to get the sport, learn, and upgrade as it breaks. Then I'd have the tan body as well. Or get the assembly kit and have two rides, one for the kiddos.

Well I have both , my opinion they both good in their own way , Sport rite out the box is unbelievable, E10 with the wheel base extension (free mod) upgrade motor and tires and is Beast at crawlin. And what’s nice about E10 upgrading is budget friendly… great video

Aside from lights have you done any upgrades? I just got mine and it is my first crawler!! And I love it. Like the guy about I picked mine over the TRX4
Just the lights and a free mod. You can shave off a small piece of plastic on each side of the front wheels for a tighter turning radius. It’s a great out of the box crawler and hangs with a TRX-4 Sport. Enjoy your Everest!!

Looks like everest is better more clearance. All it needs is wheel extensions for tip over.

Other than you just don't have the money, I don't know why you would waste your money on the sport when the Bronco and the Chevy come loaded. And being able to Bluetooth your phone to your truck to have full control over option and perimeter settings, unbeatable.
The sport is more capable . It has less weight . Especially when it comes to the heavy body on the others not to mention the servos exc the others are better of your going for something more scale . So aside from me being a cheap ass i prefer the performance over the features

the redcat motor is way too slow , i have a 27t on mine really different

I would say by all the massive blunders by REDcat seems to topple easily … I’m gonna buy the TRX sport .. handles way better in trail blazing and Rock climbing … no fizz for u redcat … money goes to traxxas
