The resin works. The windshield just isn't being repaired properly. You have to use a tool that attaches to the windshield from inside the vehicle. It straddles the crack with suction cups. Then there is a rod in the middle that you line up with the crack and screw in towards the windshield applying pressure directly on the crack. This spreads the crack open so that it can be filled with the resin. The resin also needs to be applied with a q-tip dipped in resin. Start at the lowest parts of the crack and slowly move it upwards. Allow the resin to be pulled into the crack before advancing the q-tip. If you start from the top and work down, the resin will just run down and over the crack leaving air pockets. When finished applying the resin, go back inside the car and relieve the pressure by unscrewing the center rod on the tool allowing the crack to come back together. This will squeeze out any excess resin. Go ahead and remove the tool or slide it along and repeat for longer cracks. Then apply the curing strips. 👍
