    Yes, please do more meal videos. It'll be an amazing way to learn basic cooking that is also healthy and then we can change it to our needs accordingly as well. Normal cook books and stuff suck when it comes to the health and difficulty aspect.

    I love the craving feeling after a workout. The body asking for protein specifically a day or two after a devastating workout. Great vid man.

    Most realistic fitness cooking video ever. Most CZcamsrs will have all kinds of stuff laid out and start cooking while talking nonstop doing 10 different things a minute.
    You just put a pan on a stove and actually pulled out the ingredients as you went along, doing the bare minimum in order to get some food on a plate.

    Thanks for this bc you’re right. Like a lot of people now, I don’t cook. I typically eat what my gf or parents make or just eat out most times. I got far this way but it’s time to cook lol. Taught it from the basics!

    Add a few raw eggs at the end, mix and voila!
    Also a bag of frozen veggies would be nice for fiber and taste.

    So pretty much Stan Efferding's "monster mash" plus onion. I do something similar but I use 1.5 lbs of pretty much any protein (ground beef, chicken thighs, sirloin, or fish) plus 1 cup of rice, onions, hot peppers (thai chilies preferably) and maybe some hoisin sauce

    You should look up Kelly Hogan. Feeding onself healthy animal protein doesn't need to be even this complicated (acknowledging that what you're doing here is indeed fairly simple).

    Look great man! Was going to ask.. what is the deal with sweet potatoes being such a popular source for carbs. I notice a lot of UFC fighters.. citing sweet potatoes as a part of thrir diets.. Rashad Evans being one.

    Starting watching this..Not being critical here..But looking at that little pop underneath your T-shirt is what most men are trying to rid themselves of ..Tip..Loose the rice.. Use more veggies or meat..Looks good for a cheat day...
