Yes, please do more meal videos. It'll be an amazing way to learn basic cooking that is also healthy and then we can change it to our needs accordingly as well. Normal cook books and stuff suck when it comes to the health and difficulty aspect.
Most realistic fitness cooking video ever. Most CZcamsrs will have all kinds of stuff laid out and start cooking while talking nonstop doing 10 different things a minute. You just put a pan on a stove and actually pulled out the ingredients as you went along, doing the bare minimum in order to get some food on a plate.

So pretty much Stan Efferding's "monster mash" plus onion. I do something similar but I use 1.5 lbs of pretty much any protein (ground beef, chicken thighs, sirloin, or fish) plus 1 cup of rice, onions, hot peppers (thai chilies preferably) and maybe some hoisin sauce
You should look up Kelly Hogan. Feeding onself healthy animal protein doesn't need to be even this complicated (acknowledging that what you're doing here is indeed fairly simple).
