I would definitely say A looks better for geralds spawning and that was my genuine reaction after seeing you compare the two, but it's interesting to see how most people think B is better. It seems more unique and is not what I would expect in a sci-fi themed game. btw, the same thing can be said about the multiplayer, I think the game would've been perfectly find without it but having this mode and functionality is always bonus. When I do multiplayer I limit the prediction to movement input only, I also use a single unsigned 8 bit integer for actions and instead of flipping bitwise switches like the original controls I let it be a 0-256 ACTIONID which allows me to create communication for hundreds of actions.

When using bones and joints the problem a lot of times is the ORDER in which you connect the bones, and making sure you know which one is the PARENT and which one is the CHILD. Basically everything's parent should lead to the torso being last parent. I hope this winds up being the issue but I am thinking if it was that simple you would have found it by now.
pls make a option to low the quilty like lower it no textures no shadows less animaiton no effect and shader and orther staft atlease the game can run in 4-3 ram and 2.50 ghz
A cuz if he can teleport why should he stay in the player's body? If there is a reason (he should watch what the player is doing for example) then B would be better
This looks great, although is the player meant to be a human/robot/cyborg? This has confused me That being said I like the idea that Gerald is in the player and I definitely think B, the fading effect, is a good way to fix it's scale issue.
U ever played like Tf2? And league of legends? What I would do if I had an IQ would be combine them. Powerup control/tower destruction is good gametype for some reason they haven’t made it 3D.

I think you should make the characters huge, and give him slow lumbering walking like the robots in the PS2 game robot alchemic drive. Why wouldn't you make giant? Everyone and every character every game is always 'normal' sized. Why even have a Gerald if you have a character? Or other way around

If you can make the drone "unfold" that would look cool as animation. Otherwise B is a cleaner way.
