NCAA is business. The sprinters they recruit are already 10.9-8(genetic freaks) without training and they apply traditional training system to these and improve their time by 3%per year over course of 3 years they are sprinting 9.9 or 10 flat. But the guy who is not talented will require many many ..... years of tradition training to end up in Olympic finals. Now you can get faster even if you're not a genetic freak by Charlie's method + SYLF training but SYLF is complicated . That's why everyone prefers traditional and say genetics is main factor, when most of worlds populations hears it it becomes a fact

You either go out and play or just eat and sit for another 3 hrs. I mean you get only 2 hours or even less to play in a week long time table. Damn!

It is not that simple. If it takes 4 months to go from 10.4 to 10.2. It will take 4 years to go from 10.2 to 10. And a sprinters career is short. Improvement at elite level is exponentially difficult. A beginner can put on 5 KG muscle mass in the gym fairly quickly. But an elite athlete who is already at 300 pounds can not do so that easily. In order to even compete in the Olympics you need to be at around 10.2 when you are 19, about to turn pro.

India has population on her side (1.4bn). However genetically India is working from a far lower concentration of traits that contribute to running.
Ultimately it comes down to probabilities at the genetic level. There is always natural variance in populations, and ones that have absorbed foreign genes can express 'throw-back' genes. In this case India, like most parts of the world, have had a small geneflow with Africa. Not enough to make a noticeable difference, but one that would mean there would be a at least a few million Indians that possess some traits inherited from distance relatives a millenia ago for instance. It would be small, and thus there would be a relatively low probability of finding someone that possesses a few of these traits in a significant amount.
Fundamentally, most Sub-Saharan populations are better selected for speed and other traits which are conducive to the past environment (hunter-gatherer). most Eurasian populations for one reason or another haven't had the same pressures to select for these traits (perhaps agricultural society, or religious/marriage institutions have prioritised other traits.). One could certainly imagine how long distance vision (hyperopic) and fast twitch muscles in the legs could contribute to being more successful in a society that involved hunting for food (a primary resource).
Africans tend to have the most muscle & bone density, while Indians tend to have even less than Europeans. Granted the difference between Indians and Whites could be largely due to nutrition. However, even if this were the case, it would be how to bridge the gap between Europeans and Africans. A gap which Europeans, despite all the socio-economic power have not been able to bridge. Of course it's possible that Indian morphology may be more conducive to running than the European morphology. However, it's unlikely this occurs in typical conditions. Perhaps a particularly intense gym training regime could yield such results.
Training certainly makes a huge difference, and really can transform things. Jesse Owen's 100m victory in 1936 was 10.3 seconds. Many non-African nations have national records that beat this. So while there probably is a hard limit, and Africans have the lowest hard limit. For most humans that have some natural speed, training will make you very fast.

FIRST EVER and only Desi man to break 10 second barrier in 100m is Sri Lankan. Personal best is 9.96 seconds. He won Bronze medal in Commonwealth games 100m Final and had even beat the gold medal winner 2 months before the Commonwealth final in Germany. SRI LANKAN SPRINTERS HAVE BEST GENETICS FOR SPRINTING IN SOUTH ASIA ! AND SRI LANKA POPULATION IS ONLY 20 MILLION PEOPLE. This is much lower than many Indian state populations. Get Sri Lankans Indian citizenship.

That's them ancient Dravidian genes there. I've seen it in porn, it's not common, but some of them Southern Indian/Sri Lankans resemble the African physique a bit more so than than the most South Asians (who have a definitively caucasoid morphology).

I was just looking for this kind of video with answers to my just one single question . For longer time by now during every Olympics.
If India Althelete ,Spinters are so much adorable at World Championship,Asian, IAAF, Indian level then y they do not bring Medals or even qualified for Olympic. Means wat we are Genetically weak section of society . Oh c'mon.!
Wat fact u me to Accept n sit down that Indian are not genetically so much developed coz we don't eat beef meat from Childhood. No man this is one reason for sure ok . But there could be others too.

Not impossible . But hard . Out of all the sub 10 Sprinters in history . Majority of them have west african genes . Some few are exceptions like chinese -2 athletes , Japan -2 athletes . Europe -2 athletes

Sorry bruv. You can live in your dream world all you want but the truth is the truth. We don't have the genetics for 100m gold. We are better in other things. 9 year old Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa was giving Magnus Carlsen a run for his money. Indians are better in other things. It does not mean you should not try at all but it will be an uphill battle always.
