Personally I think it's impossible to be mates and fight for the world championship. In fact, as a fan, I don't want drivers to be buddy buddy, playing paddle and golf and stuff. If they are fighting for the championship, then I want to see a battle. In and out of the track. Be mates after you retire, while you are racing, you are there to get yours. In my opinion

Stop calling every dive a divebomb. Those are not the same thing.
Norris dive on Verstappen in the Sprint Race was not a divebomb. The entire idea of adding the word "Bomb" to a dive, is that it's a dive that was too aggressive and over the line, either because the driver pushed the other driver off the track, braked too late, went off-track himself and/or made a move when the gap wasn't there and caused a collission.
A good dive resulting in a brilliant overtake is not "a bomb". Norris move in the sprint was just that: a dive. And a great dive at that.
His two attempts in the main race that both forced Verstappen off was a dive-bomb.

45:20 - The issue with the Turn 6 gravel trap only applied in Q3, because at the end of Q2 Pierre Gasly plowed a massive furrow out of the edge of the gravel. Piastri has a power wheel hanging over the gravel, but it’s just kicking dust with the gravel 2-3” below that wheel edge, so he can’t feel it. He was off track & the issue was he wasn’t slowed down. Piastri complained bitterly about that, because again he’s qualified the fastest car at the bottom end of the top 10 because with too aggressive Q3 laps.

Dear gentleman I want to ask you to enlighten me on something I do not understand very well and that is the expression ‘moving under braking’. I do hear this all the time and you all three seem to understand exactly what it means but I do not. English is not my native tongue and maybe that is the cause of my misunderstanding. I heard a Belgian journalist on a podcast of some of your fellow countryman saying that he always thought that the idea of the ruling was that a driver is not allowed to move in the braking space of the driver that was following him. I am not clear of what sort of move he was speaking. In a recent interview on Dutch television I heard Max Verstappen saying that he did not moved under braking but that he moved first and that he after he repositioned the car he came of the throttle and that slowed the car down because his position was uphill on a climbing slope. Now I still do not know what is exactly ment by moving under braking / or is it braking under moving? What sort of moving? Zig/zag? To the left, to the right? Is it maybe.forbidden to change direction in a certain area like after the 100. >. 50 > meter marks? After the white line? In the braking area? Before or after a corner? Is there a certain area or position in which it is prohibited to braking a tow (to brake up a slipstream)? Is it possible that people understand the meaning of “moving under braking” differently? I am from the Netherlands and my school English is rudimentary so please if you can enlighten me to bring my knowledge up to date, Thanking you in advance, Jeroen Bons.

If FIA wants to stamp out any further such incident, minimum penalty for causing a crash given stewards find whoever guilty must be a drive through penalty or a 5 grid penalty for next race, 5-10 seconds penalty if you have a fast car is slap on a wrist. 5:00 - Jolyon Palmer’s detailed multi-camera review suggested that having been immaculately blocked passed by Lando, Max chose to accelerate off-track, which is how he got back ahead and then claimed he was forced off-track. Jolyon’s conclusion was Max was looking at a potential 10 sec penalty. Problem was with only 11 short laps to go, do you leave that in the Steward’s room?
One thing I’m sure of, in agreement with Stella, that Max’s moves should have been Black & White flagged earlier. It’s verbal trickery trying to con(vince) the racing world that a “dive-bomb” is an illegal or unprecedented move - it does not and never has.

Moving under breaking is not at all against the rules.
Its being unpredictable/erratic in a breaking zone is, because it leads to dangerous situations due to the big speed differences with the drivers coming up behind not being able to tell where you are going.
So suddenly changing direction while breaking or in the breaking zone is dangerous and therefor illegal.
But not every case of moving under breaking is that. Specially not if done at the start of the breaking when the speeds are still relatively equal.
Also not when the other driver is not behind but beside you.
Unless you actually change direction into the driver next to you and cause a coalition. Which is what max deservedly got a penalty for.
