** Apologies for the wind noise and just a note there is no video because 1. it's got nothing much to see on it and 2. It's just me moving my camera up and down which could make some dizzy so just audio only.**
Distance from where I was recording at:
    Downtown Model 5: 2.39 km
    Fire Hall STH-10: 2.03 km
Well, this turned into a far-from-usual siren test... They started out by testing the Fire Hall STH-10 and also tested the Downtown Model 5 at the same time and cancelled the Fire Hall STH-10. However, they did not know that the Downtown Model 5 was still sounding so for 2 minutes and 48 seconds (I ran a stopwatch from activation to when it was confirmed turned off to how long it sounded for) the Downtown Model 5 was sounding before one of the Elmira FFs let dispatch know that a siren was still sounding and a cancel page or two later it stopped (Although if it continued it would have stopped in about 10 secs since the 3 minute time was almost about to expire and the siren would have shut off). After that mishap, they tested the Fire Hall again to make sure it was working correctly and then they sent an activation for the Lions Park STH-10 which failed as can be seen. I assume that the contactor overload tripped again on that siren... I did let someone at the Fire Hall know that the siren at Lions Park failed (Hopefully they will check up on it). Enjoy the almost 3 minutes of attack from the Downtown Elmira Model 5.
