hurling has become a different game.....emphasis on rising the ball....ball in the hand...find your man..no wild puling overhead or on the ground......everyone wants to rise the ball so melees everywhere...the high catch is all important....hurling is safer now with the helmet and less swinging....so skilful now that a casual player can`t just join in....no older players now or unfit players...streamlined..a sameness has crept into the game....few really flair players nowadays.
