ok, trump had literally buddied up with north korea (in addition to china and russia), praising kim and giving him and his country the recognition and attention theyve been craving, with failures on trying to actually de-escalate the situation, with north korea's nuclear arsenal doubling in trump's 4 year term.
biden has been substantially harsher, saying he won’t give Kim Jong-Un ‘international recognition', stating; “What I would not do is what has been done in the recent past. I would not give him all he’s looking for, international recognition as legitimate, and give him what allowed him to move in a direction of appearing to be more serious about what he wasn’t at all serious about.” he also said they would 'respond in accordance' should north korea continue to escalate their missile testing in violation of U.N. Resolution 1718
biden is very aggressive with north korea, this notion that he wants to be gentle to NK is just ridiculous.

Oh we definitely have them, way higher tech weapons actually, with more power and higher quantity of them. Surprisingly, we don't parade them around for our non-allies to see what they're dealing with so they can study them. If you don't believe me, look at our fighter jets. The US has the fastest, most versatile, maneuverable, undetectable, and deadly fighter jets on earth in the F22, with even more advanced jets in the works. The F22 strikes fear into Russian, Asian, and Middle Eastern fighter pilots because their planes can't compete. The same engineering and technology will apply to our arsenal of nukes, missiles, and nuclear defense. Not to mention our national intelligence is incredible especially since 9/11. They have eyes and ears everywhere and nothing North Korea could do would catch us off guard and we'd be prepared before they even fire a single bullet intended for America.

@@Deeznutzo_ I couldn't care less since I'm from the uk, but it's stupid to underestimate them. That's what happened in Vietnam. They were a bunch of farmers with AKs. NK has nukes, millions of servicemen, thousands of tanks, etc. Not to say the US wouldnt beat them in a fight, but it would be a long, gruelling and deadly one. Vietnam again being a good example of why not to underestimate them. The world didnt think the UK would travel the 8000 miles to retake the Falklands, but they did, and it was Argentina's underestimation that led to their defeat. Not to say I'm licking Kim's boots because I hate him and his country but I'm just thinking logically here.

Now both South Korea and North Korea are ICBM capable as Korea was lifted the range limit .Korea's ICBM system is based on the Soviet R36 which was brought from Russia in 1998 by ship; it was disassembled and reassembled . Korea also got the RD190 drawings through an expat scientist in the same way as Korea got the full Unix code 4 decades ago.

Honestly both North and South capability is questionable, eventhough they are both most likely based on Soviet technology.
South Korea failed at launching a light 100 kg payload into orbit in 2009 and only somewhat succeeded in 2013 with Naro3, a rocket made from imported Russian parts and only carrying 30kg payload, which is the same tech also used on all those missile the Koreans recently revealed. Not to mention their recent failure as well.
