One of my lovely Subscribers suggested that I set up a Ko-fi account so that if anyone would like to buy me a coffee to support my channel they can. I have now set this up and by no means expect people to support my channel in this way, as having you here to watch and like my videos is plenty for me. However I realise some people would like to show their support by buying me a ‘coffee’ or a ‘honey and lemon!’ so I will leave the link below. As ever I appreciate each and everyone one of you who watch my videos so thank you so so much.

Happy sewing and see you soon.
    Love Katherine 🪡🧵

Hey Catherine, guess what I will be doing for the next few days???? removing the lurex from the collar, front facings and hems !! So happy I watched this vlog now as made a blouse last year and could not wear it. Was so sure I had already sent it to the charity shop but luckily the bag was still in the boot of my car. I am so Happy, thank you, thank you, thank you 😁😁🙃 Debbie x p.s. I used tweezers to pull it out !

I absolutely love your version of the Marnie. Its gorgeous! I think yours is the first I've seen in a floaty viscose and I'm definitely going to copy you. And your Marnie definitely calls for a good shoulder shimmy. Lol.

Thanks for the tip on removing the gold bits of the fabric. I have a dress made in the same fabric that I cannot wear as I find it scratchy - I'm going to give the tweezer method a try.

Haya. Your Marnie looks wonderful 🤩Right there with you about itchy fabrics & woollens 🧶I have the same fabric type just a different print with those little foil bitz in & I have to wear an under tee to stop the foils from being scratchy ☺Thanku 'sew' much for sharing your lovely review. Have a great week 🪡✂🧵🙂xx

That’s a lovely Marnie 😍. I just made one too and found the neck binding too narrow to work with so instead made with pre-made satin bias which worked much better. I’m planning another 👏🏼👏🏼

Lovely Katherine, absolutely love your videos. As an idea for a video, it would be great if you went through the patterns/fabrics of the garments you wear in the introduction you play before each video. There are at least 3 that I fancy trying. I've looked back at all your videos but can't find them in any😥.

I was so hoping that you would be doing a review of this pattern and wear it after hearing Rachel from stitched up saying that you had made a gorgeous version. I absolutely love your version! ❤❤❤ I am currently making my own version. I have also made mine with four ruffle pieces rather than two. I’m so glad that I did too. Can’t wait to finish mine. Thank you for the review x

Thank you so much. Have fun sewing up your Marnie and nice work with the four ruffle pieces. Definitely worth the extra cutting for the finished result 🥰

Such a pretty Marnie. I'm one of the few who HASN'T made this blouse yet, simply because I hadn't seen the reviews until recently and all the examples of what people have made has sealed the deal for me as I wasn't really impressed by the cover photo. My paternal grandmother was 4'11" and knew all about having issues being on the more petite side of life. I take after Grandad though who was over 6 foot. I'm thinking of making a quick toile for this as I've not used Tilly's patterns before and with so many saying they sized down due to the design ease, I'm thinking it might be wise in order to get the fit I want.
