    What a fantastic workout as always. Thank you so much Michelle and crew! Because of your amazing workouts, I bought the laceups in the fall. They were great for about 6 months and then I had an issue with one of them. I contacted customer service and not only did they replace the faulty laceup, they sent me an additional pair for my trouble. I really can't recommend them enough!!💕

    Fun one. I thought 3 rounds might feel repetitive but really helps nail the moves and up the intensity.

    I CANNOT wait, Michelle!!!!! I'm at work and dying to get home to do this one!! BY FAR, my favorite format(next to KickBoxing)!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
    And I have to ask, any KickBoxing coming up soon? I am sooooo hoping for KickBoxing (with a punching focus) with weight intervals. That would be so awesome😉😉🙏🙏🙏🙏

    🤪Standing core is no joke. I leveled it up with wrist and ankle weights for 2nd and 3rd round. I also paired it with 10 min standing cardio on trampoline for a power hour!🥵 Thanks Michelle and Crew❣️

    LOVE this workout. I have my 3 and 5 year old grandkids for a week, but managed to get 2 rounds and the stretch done thanks to Legos!! Can hardly wait to do the whole workout next time!! Thanks so much 😘

    I laughed when you said, “maybe you are on vacation and you don’t have a lot of space”, as I was moving furniture and carpets to make room for this workout. Loved it!

    I love this workout!!! Did it a bit ago after the amazing new Wall Workout (fabulous❤) and what a sweat session this is!! I really love the little window showing what's next, I am seriously so spoiled with having that there now, makes transitions soooooo much easier for me

    Whew! Catches up to you pretty quickly and then you realize you are only 1/3 of the way through! Loved the challenge and the longer length--going from 35 to 45 minutes makes a difference!!! 6-1-24

    Definitely one of the BEST standing workouts. I enjoyed it, it was intense. My aim is to do one floor exercise per week because i am addicted to rebounding. And a good addiction😂😂

    I took a huge fall last week landing on my tailbone! Let's just say that I absolutely HATE being so immobile as I usually enjoy rebounding more. This was exactly what I needed to get my body moving. I did do smaller, alternate moves and I still busted out a sweat! Thank you for your great workouts! 🦾

    great workout as usual. Loved how you matched the % bar to your top! Any suggestions for making the laceups tighter? They slip and slide unless I hold on to them. Will google it again to see what I'm doing wrong
