@@chocolateavian I once saw a report on an actual polish reenactment-group who does regular live-action-roleplays in a contemporary "white-trash" trailerpark-setting at a polish camping ground and they are very minute to detail, although they not yet accomplished to get the amount of trash and debris for their backdrop right. Otherwise great efforts. Had even american cars, gun replicas, trump-devotionalia and ... red cups.

In Europe the Numa Numa song was quite a well known song without that other video. The official video clip with that airplane is still one of the most memorable music videos i've ever seen. Back in the day when music on TV was still a huge deal. Also during the summers this was one on the most played song on the radio for multiple years. And as a kid i've even learned that whole lyrics and then claimed to people that i could speak Romanian😂

3:30 I didn't expect San Marino and the Vatican to be mentioned. Italy used to have a micronation near its coast, very similar to Sealand. A man decided to build a platform in the Adriatic sea. He called it "Isola delle Rose" and wanted it to get it recognised as a nation. He chose an anthem, made stamps to promote the island and so on. Of course the Italian authorities weren't happy about it and they literally blew it up, while the owner was away.

Well ironically, I'd never heard of this numa numa video, but I knew dragosta din tei was a Moldovan song and I think most people in my friend group would say the same. It might be because I'm French and we would have had less exposure to that video but since that made the song go viral we would have seen it afterwards.
