    Mai ye neck hump ka exercise 1 April se start ki hu , regular kr rhi hu aaj 11 May hai, jyada nhi pr kuchh to km hua hai, abhi Mai continue hi rkhungi jb tk Puri trh se mera neck hump km nhi ho jata😊😊
