This is the worst type of leadership. The standards there are so low it’s ridiculous. Inadequate work space. Inadequate organizational supplies. Recording employees and “coaching” them not only in front of their peers but countless people online. Minimizing employee concerns. Interrupting employees work, asking questions of them, then telling them to pretend like I’m not here. I feel for these employees. I’d wager this dude thinks that every employee who leaves the company has something wrong with them instead of taking personal ownership. Imagine putting out a video, voluntarily, that showcases a physical mess behind the scenes and employees getting harassed. Imagine not thinking anything is wrong with it. Imagine thinking it was awesome.
