Haven't heard this song in a loooooooong time. I didn't realize how "ELO" it sounded -- especially at the bridge.
Este álbum bem que poderia estar num Best Of da banda, porque só tem músicas boas. Na época, [porque hoje em dia ele é referenciado], os críticos detratores escreviam para depreciar que este disco só servia para tocar em bailinhos. De fato era impossível ficar parado ouvindo este disco. Eu me lembro de que nos bailes a galera que não conhecia a música “Rock It [prime jive]” começava a dançar agarradinho bem na introdução que começava lenta com o vocal de Freddie e depois explodia na voz do Roger. Era uma cena divertida. E que explosão. Na época eles começaram a usar sintetizadores e o efeito que esse instrumento causou nesta música foi no mínimo arrebatador. “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” era tão boa para ouvir como para dançar e/ou cantar. Alguma dessas coisas você tinha que fazer, por que era impossível ficar indiferente com uma música tão divertida como essa. Baladas? Tinha muita: “Play The Game, Sail Away Sweet Sister, Save Me”, está última incrivelmente linda. E claro, a música que lançou o Queen para a estratosfera: “Another One Bites The Dust”. D + não?
