Also, her denial is probably just semantics. "I didn't have a facelift" (I had a neck lift/ ponytail lift). "I didn't get filler" (I had fat injections). "I didn't have Botox." (I had Dysport). Etc.
Yes!! I'd bet a lot of money that this is exactly it. She's using semantics to avoid telling the truth, and it's annoying. Idk why these celebs don't just say they don't talk about that stuff, that it's private. Rather than give false impressions. The botox or dysport she got in her forehead and glabella is so obvious. You can even see the "bunny" lines in her nose when she smiles in one of these later photos, which is caused by skin tension because the glabella area is unable to move. It's one of those fail proof signs someone has had a neuromodulator in that area. (It's the photo on the left when Dr Linkov is mentioning she's probably "botoxing" her crows feet.)
Totally
@@e.sterling141 I mean she's a brand of herself you know.
i can't believe that in that insta comment she even denies using lasers like gurl we can see it
Right? I personally don´t care, it´s her life but if she´s gonna lie about it it´s better to keep her mouth shut
She is starting to sound like a psychopath 😂
I know her doctor in London
@@shareena786 who is it?
Kate is doin some lying..
No idea why people lie/deny. It's like, we have eyes. And we see you over time. Some of us have these procedures ourselves and recognize when other people do them. I'd have much more respect for honesty! Also, I'd add rhinoplasty to the list of things she has done.
I would say its pressure from management like with the Zak Efron situation I don't believe its the individuals because it makes little to no sense.
right? i was indifferent before, now ive actually lost respect for her, because it's clear at the very LEAST her lips have changed, so it just makes her lose all credibility, which is way lamer than having surgery.
@@justathumb Why is it anyone's business what surgery a person has had? If she doesn't want to be open about it that's her choice.
Celebs' livelihood is based on appearance more than talent. Lying comes across as disingenuous esp when paid to promote a product where credibility may be important to consumers.
Lexadex, I thought it looked like she had rhinoplasty too. It’s more narrow on the tip. Before, her nose was rounder and wider, although it could be makeup.
Kate “I deny any work has been done”
Doc comes in like a wreaking ball spitting facts and we’re all here for it
Her denial is probably just semantics
Yep. And I suspect he missed a nose job and possible chin implant, noticeable at 3:36. But theres zero doubt shes had filler or fat grafting, and some type of neuromodulator like botox or dysport. And the brow lift is obvious too. I don't know who she thinks she kidding. Women don't look like this at 50 with no help.
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hardly a wrecking ball. He said a lot of possibly, maybes.
I find it very hard to believe she's been able to keep her lower face lifted and defined at 50 with just fillers. Fillers add volume and softness, they can't create structure and definition. Just because you can't spot her facelift scars, doesn't mean she didn't have one. Same with Salma Hayek. She's almost 60 and her face is lifted and defined. Their parents aged like normal people, they don't have "super genes." My guess is both had lower facelifts and the scars were lasered away. Plus, the photos you see online are edited, the ear area is usually blurred in celebrity photos. Pay attention to that.
Yup this is so true
super genes.. they wish 😆
People never mention HGH therapy either and that’s a huge thing that isn’t cheap. It easily reverses or delays aging by 10 years or more done right
Yes people think celebrities are superhuman and have naturally great genetics. The reality is with celebrity and wealth they have naturally great access to the best help available.
@@strangerthings88 , assuming that is the same as HRT, you are correct, it is a huge benefit for skin, weight control, and other functions. It does come with some risks.
Kate's transformation is pretty tame compared to any Kardashian, or Madonna. She still looks very similar to what she looked like 20 years ago. I would love to see an analysis on Cyndi Lauper. Getting close to 70 and has managed to look like she did in the 1980s!
I also dislike Nicole Scherzinger´s transformation
@@user-el3gn5yl2w Yes she was so beautiful and plastic now. And don't get me started on Jenny Mccarthy.
I find the Kardashians pretty recognisable to their kid photos. Talking about faces of ours. Jennifer Gray is the only person whose surgery made her totally unrecognisable to me, I though Dirty Dancing was the only film of hers I've seen, never realized she was in so much stuff. Completely different person.
@@JB-tt6ct Except for Kylie. Completely unrecognizable. And Khloe has overdone it too.
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮@@user-el3gn5yl2w
I thought the tip of her nose changed from being quite round to being more pointy ? Did anyone else think that?
yeah, in the begining she was charming English girl, authentic and real but after that hollywood makeover became your average american plastic surgeon product lik everybody else in LA.
@@user-my6ed5no5x They do end up all looking alike, don’t they? Hopefully it’s because the clients are all asking for the same thing and not surgeons selling them on a ‘look’
Definitely a nose job before age 23
Celebs denying botox or any other procedure bugs me. Like c'mon we've got eyes and we can see things too. I don't like it when they lie about having anything done.😑
She's a beautiful woman nevertheless.
It's like bodybuilder denying steroid. It's just so obvious.
Probably she planned to have her own skincare. Like yo, if you want to have a face like mine, try my skincare line, no need surgeries or Botox!
@@jonathaningram8157” don’t believe your lying eyes 👀 “ 🤓
She's not beautiful..she's had enhancements..
No matter what or if she has done, she looks amazing and not overdone.
That's probably why she's so defensive
@@happijak9240 about what exactly?
She actually looks overdone. You saying she doesn’t just goes to show how much we’ve gotten used to those faces in the last few years.
You're jealous.
Actually with the age of 50 she turned out to have that typical "Hollywood Make-Over Face" 😂😂, I don't know how to desribe it, but they all have this very similiar look / resting bitch face expression.
I think Kate looks amazing, if I looked half that good now at 42 I’d be over the moon, but I feel she needs to either be open and honest on the subject of surgery, fillers, filters etc. or stay silent. Denying it is insulting everyone and setting herself up for criticism. If you have genuinely had no work done just celebrate privately that you look so good people don’t believe you.
She doesn’t need to if she does not want fo . Her privacy .
Is there one of these on Liz Hurley? Her beauty at her age is incredible.
Excellent comparison, they're in the same league and whatever they're doing, they're doing it right
@@avarysse5782 True and I actually think Liz is a few years older than Kate
I don't think Liz has had any surgery
@@ASMRyouVEGANyet Mayb not “ surgery “ but she’s been telling us her full pout is done to lip liner for about 25 years 😀
Her nose?
Why do they lie SO hard? I’d just keep quiet rather than lie and pretend to be “perfect”
Why make the assumption/accusation she's lying?
@@austridge31 because it’s..obvious?
@@famousshortz It wasn't obvious to the plastic surgeon in the video though. So it cant be that obvious.
@@austridge31 did we watch the same video? He just pointed out several things she’s had done you looney tune
I felt she had work done in the early 2000’s - she doesn’t resemble in the slightest from broke down palace and the golden bowl.
I agree. She looked much more girlish before the second Underworld, and much more severe/adult afterwards.
She was always very very beautiful, she was friends with my next-door neighbour when she was a teenager, she literally lit up the street when she walked down it. This was Fulham around 1988 to 1992
Kate was always pretty, but now she's gorgeous. Natural? No way. She definitely had veneers. Her teeth look totally different now. I don't know how many fillers, implants, or other surgical procedures she's had done, but a) she has a complex about her appearance, and b) I want the name of her plastic surgeon!
I just can't imagine why she would have gotten full veneers to change how her teeth looked *just slightly*. What a strange thing to have laser focused on needing to change.
Oh, do we really not talk about the nose? 🙃
Right lol
It's like a rite of passage for celebs to get nose jobs.
@@TheSwauzz 😃
She is absolutely GORGEOUS! I think she's getting more beautiful with age.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars to stay beautiful. Thats fine...just don't lie about it. Be confident and own it.
It’s hard for me to believe she’s not had more done, but maybe her being so thin really does make a difference. Also, based on her instagram page she seems very ‘childlike’ in her attitude (bordering on childish, actually), and I kinda wonder if having an upbeat, playful demeanor helps one to look more youthful too. Wither way, I definitely hope I’m looking as good as she does at 50!!
If anything being thin as you age makes you look older especially in the face.
@@rasher331Being Eugenia Cooney thin yes. That definitely ages you.
Being a healthy thin person no.
Same with being obese. Unhealthy weight in general will wear the body the down faster.
I've worked in aged care 7 years. I'd say no being childish doesn't make you look younger. Think it's genetics, lifestyle, maintaining healthy weight, good skincare, sun avoidance and good skin cosmetics.
I looked after a very serious elderly lady. I thought she was in her 50's and a daughter visiting parents/s.
No she was 80 and a resident. My jaw dropped. She was a professional dancer and dance teacher.
Her skin was spotless and only fine lines around eyes when smiling. But a very serious personality.
She does drugs like cocaine
Great video! Love how you and Lorry Hill often discuss the same person within a short period of time. 😅
Well... Since his are always after hers, I guess he must be taking advantage of the free promotion
How is he getting free promotion from her videos? He's a plastic surgeon and has his own followers. He's doing a service by debunking her imaginary surgeries.@@Polkadot2
He should create his own format. Reviewing the same celebs as Lorrie and then copying the same format is not fair to her. She was v gracious to him in the early days and appeared in one of his vids - I'm surprised he would do this ?
@Thomassina1 this format isn't new though. I've seen other surgeons use it as well who do these kinds of videos.
Lorry's been around for awhile, several PSs changed their old format to be like hers and review the same celeb after her analysis. It seems like they are poaching her content. But that is for her to resolve.
Might be the PR folks solicit multiple YT cosmetic surgery channels ? That might explain why the dr skips over obvious work done in his celeb vids ie., Kate's rhinoplasty.
I believe half of what I see on YT anyhow, is entertainment. Always an angle when it come to $ 😆
Finally after a year of requests 😂thanks Doctor L!
Is it a coincidence that you made a video about her after Lorrie Hill?🤔
She looks amazing even though she didn't need lip fillers. Her lips was already full with a beautiful unique shape. However, I am glad she doesn't look botched or overdone. Beautiful woman.
Soft features are so beautiful. I don't understand why these beautiful women want sharp ghastly looking features. It makes them look ill and more aged.
It's just a dumb trend they'll unfortunately regret later..
Trans trend
@@Obatala_Vibez what..?
Soft features can be give a "mummy" look. Strong sharp features suggest fitness.
It looks like from even early photos she had a chin implant and a nose revision surgery. Dr. Gary, while I think you did a good job I feel you went easy on her. Breast augmentation, too.
"Known for her acting" while showing underworld 😂
😂😂
Underworld is fucking amazing
I don’t know why people get obsessed over other people admitting that they had plastic surgery. She’s 50 yrs old, she hasn’t been a role model for young girls in a long time. Obviously if a person is over a certain age and they still look a certain way, then they’ve had “upkeep” plastic surgery for aging. If other people had money to do it, they probably would too, especially if they are in the public eye. One thing you can’t argue about is that she is beautiful.
Yes, plastic surgery to correct the effects of aging is completely different from plastic surgery to modify one"s natural features. People tend to lump both into the same basket, but the purpose is different. Aging destroys your natural looks. Fixing the effects of aging is restoration, not modification.
I noticed on previous videos the comments generally are about how interesting the video is, or what a shame the person destroyed their looks with too much plastic surgery. Comments on this one are more personal and nit picky. An awful lot of jealousy coming through. I think she's beautiful. She does have good genes, both her parents were gorgeous.
People online are so entitled they think they have a right to know every procedure a celebrity has ever had done. She's obviously not telling the truth but that's her choice.
A Dr Gary video to entertain this boring Sunday 🥳 thanks!
I love kate shes one of my fav actresses. Im glad shes kept her surgeries looking natural and not gone overboard.
That woman is a natural beauty. She's just gorgeous. Loved her in Underworld series
@@avarysse5782Same I loved her as Selene (I always wanted her to play Rayne in BloodRayne). She was also amazing in Van Helsing I could see her as Yennefer too with those black curls.
@@wiktoriajedrzejewska7287 YES Van Helsing too. When she's on I just stare (mostly in jealousy LOL). Definitely Yennefer character too. Good call on that one 👍🏼
To me her face looks frozen and not natural at all. 2-3 years ago she looked way more natural.
She very clearly had work done. I asked you to do an episode about her and so I'm glad you did. She lies about it. Its okay, we don't have the pressure that she does to look good. But she could be honest. Love her anyways.
she's quite beautiful. i hope she continues to be tasteful in what she gets done.
But… a higher hairline could also be the result of the ageing face at is protrues forward slowly with age. I’ve had that happen to me. My forhead looks bigger, and is bigger, because of it. But my hairline didn’t creep upwards.
Thanks for another great analysis video! I'd love to see you do Jessica Chastain or Elizabeth Olsen!
Really you honestly just left out her perfectly done nose job…
Aah, I really like her older nose.

Thank you for another wonderful video! Who do you think possibly suggest for celebrities to undergo surgery or cosmetic procedures? Is it their agents? Make up artists? Directors? Etc? Following on from this, how do celebrities find their doctors? Who would recommend these doctors to them? Hope you or someone can inform me with any guesses on what may occur behind the scenes!
Well, not big changes. She looks beautiful. Thanks Doctor Gary. Nice video
Don’t you think she has had a rhinoplasty?
obviously not dummy !
Of course not
for sure
She did for sure her nose looks much thinner
I agree, she looks great though.@@MsTriangle
Please do one on actress Isabel Adjani! Her transformation is an interesting one.
I had thought Kate was stunning in Much Ado About Nothing. After that, I had mistakenly thought that the actress had disappeared from films, because her appearance was drastically different in subsequent films. I like both looks, but these ARE VERY DIFFERENT looks. Her eyes have gotten less round and more elongated, sideways. Nose is narrower, especially the tip. Cheekbones higher, chin is longer. And of course, the beautiful dental work that widened her smile, evened out her gumline
I totally agree. I'm not saying she is not beautiful, she is! I just don't find in this beautiful woman anything similar to the girl in Much ado about nothing or Emma.
You do a great job with your analysis. Only suggest at end of the video that you hold the before and after picture a few more seconds so we can really see the differences. Carry on!!! You have a very pleasant way of speaking and don't ramble on like a few other similar youtubes.
I agree. I love Dr. Gary's gentle observations rather than doing critiques. I go back and freeze the video when I really want to analyze the facial changes.
I just had an accident in May resulting in a Pan Fracture on my face, particularly my jaw - fully; which I broke in 3 places, the mandables, the centre of my chin and lower jaw, plus my upper jaw too, and smashing in my teeth in the process.
It has left me looking vastly worse dentally but the dental and consulting side is just about to commence
Thing is I never liked my teeth but I always liked my jaw and chin, but now im scarred and my chin has reset further in.
I think this is going to affect me in my looks getting older as Im 38 now.
I hopefully will get good dental results 🙏
Sometimes you get knocked back in life and thats hard but hey it happens. Its been so hard and still is.
But I realise I was lucky as I could have hit my neck and broken it or my head and been dead or severely comatose.
So really, vanity aside, I thank God for the challenge infront of me and pray I can find my strength to walk this path and be happy with what I have, not what I have perceive to have 'lost'
Anyway ive always thought people look generally nicer before perfecting their face so younger people dont worry so much youre unique and wonderful when you embrace yourself for yourself now... not some ideal or previous standard of unrealistic expections you impose on yourself.
Be brave - its funner (not a word but using it) and cheaper too. And be you ❤
Ya'll will accept & forgive celebrities lying to your faces just because they're conventionally attractive. These celebrities really want us to believe that, just because they're celebrities, ageing doesn't apply to them & they just happen to look good.
Personally, I think these videos are fun and entertaining, but after 46 years on this earth, I don't care what you or others think that I accept or forgive. Especially people I've never met or ever will meet. Celebrities included.
@@charismahornum-fries691don't you think it's hypocritical of celebrities to deny plastic surgery while acting like role models? They're contributing to unrealistic beauty standards that may cause body dismorphia in impressionable teens (and even adults).
Good for you if you're above all that, but the same does not apply to everybody and i think it's fair game to assess the social implications of the PUBLIC statements of PUBLIC figures.
I'm surprised you didn't notice the changed nose and chin. I feel like it's pretty obvious in the photo comparison of 1997 and 2001 at 3:35.
I would love to see you do an analyis of Donna Mill's face. She's always been gorgeous, but she's now in her 80s. She HAD to have had some work done!

hi doc - are these all your opinions or do you discuss with a team then present?
If she did, then that is one super talented plastic surgeon. She is dynamite.
In any case, celebrities have always lied, either about their affair with their partner or others, and also about lying about never having had cosmetic surgery.
Shout out Lorry Hill🎉
Can you please do Pamela Anderson. Thank-you!

Can you do a facelift that also brings the lateral hairline closer to the outer brow? Solve 2 issues with one surgery?
Always thought she was the most beautiful actress absolutely gorgeous 🥰🥰
She had a nose job. I am a huge fan of Cold Comfort Farm (1996) but it’s the only film I have seen her in. When I saw photos of her years later I could not recognize her. She was a naturally beautiful woman, but she got Hollywood ‘glamorized.’ She is stunning, but she no longer looks like herself.
Are you and Lorry Hill working together?! I swear you always upload yours just after her!
I wondered the same, as they once did a collab video. I'd hate to think Dr. Linkov would be doing this without her permission.

Hey doc, what are your thoughts on Stem Cells therapy for hair regrowth? Where I'm from, only PRP and Stem Cells therapy are available, and both are expensive, and it's hard to decide where to invest my money.
She looks great and I've always liked her work. But i wish people would stop lying about what they've had done. It just sets unreasonable expectations for people who don't have 100s of thousands of dollars. It's kinda harmful, you know? Also, her top lip is clearly a different shape than it was before. We have eyes, for goodness sake.
Kate Beckinsale is a natural beauty. She was always stunning. She strongly resembles her father, one of my teenage crushes. Thankfully she hasn't done anything drastic to her perfect face.
I never realized she had a famous father!
@Layla-hb8mq Richard Beckinsale, stage and TV. He was in some of the most popular TV comedies of the 1970's. Sadly died in his early 30's. Google photos of Richard Beckinsale, you'll see the resemblance.
Thank you! I'll look him up.
I'm sorry, she is nothing like her dad, her half sister Sam is his image.
I think its not overdoing it and just smaller procedures inbetween (not getting it done too soon). Makes them look better and more "natural".
Since circa 2015 and especially in 2020, she started looking like an alien.
I don't think anyone's done Pete Burns yet, even though he's such an obvious case, so it would be interesting if you did (I don't think it's really Lorry Hill's angle ). He was an extreme surgery addict and had a lot of trouble with his operations over the years. Like Michael Jackson, he seemed hell bent on completely altering his appearance, from any photo you can tell almost exactly what year it is, based on what he looks like.
Loved Pete's music! What a genius. He must have had body dysmorphic disorder.
Yes, that was so sad. I lived close to Pete Burns in the mid 1980's just before and when he was beginning to be famous. He was gorgeous.
Hey, can u analyze the Gislane Maxwell In N Out Burger photoshoot she released before court?
Why do your videos go up after Lorry?!
A couple of years ago I was halfway through the first episode of some show about a journalist/detective before I realized it was her. She was just unrecognizable.
Is this because Lorry did a video on her a day ago?
Lorry Hill just did this right?
She’s gorgeous whatever she’s doing .
A gorgeous looking woman, but starting to look a bit "filled" in the pics from this year.
I love her and think she’s beautiful, but the last photo looks like a wax museum figure. Although recently I saw footage of a whole bunch of celebrities with their wax figure at Madame Tussaud’s Museum ! 🎨
@marycook1644 sometimes it's hard to tell the difference!
she is stunning, with or without work
wow. Doesn't look like the same person to me.
She is always beautiful and so classy
She looks amazing! To bad celebrity women can't just own it and admit what they had done or at least not deny it and lie about it
People deny because others are aggressive and nosy with their privacy. If someone has something done is to look discreetly good without having to explain themselves that they had something done. The reality is not everyone can afford such things and this causes jealousy and disparagement towards those who can afford fixes in a natural way. Leave people alone. Individuals have a right to privacy, away from the prying eyes and jealous mind of the crowd.
No one owes the public a laundry list of "honesty" just to make others feel better about how they age. Do the best you can and move on.
I have a weird request . Can you please make a video about David Sinclair whether he had any botox or any kind of surgical procedure s. He aged quite nicely or reverse . Don't know still I feel his claims are dubious.
She’s gorgeous
Is Lorry Hill okay with you taking her content? It's super obvious at this point.
Before the surgeries her face was recogniseable and unique. After surgeries etc she looks like every hollywood actress
I'm 48 and haven't had any work done yet my eyebrows are higher than they use to be with way more lid space.
Something similar happened to me as well (I'm in my 40s too). My eyes used to be much more hooded when I was younger & less lid space showed & less space between my brow & eye. I guess it's because my face has thinned/hollowed with age, plus I lost a significant amount of weight in my late 30s. That's the only explanation I can think of.

Looking at the pricetag really puts into perspective whether one should get one-and-done (or at least long-lasting) procedures like facelift, fat graft, facial implants, rather than filler. But of course, if you got essentially unlimited money to blow on this, why wouldn't you.
Btw, is there anyone who doesn't have upper tooth show? Seems like it is said about everyone ever analyzed, maybe it's just a human trait that should be mentioned when it is absent. I, for example, I don't have it.
She don’t have to say anything she is not selling cosmetics like some others claiming it’s they’re beauty secret . She just don’t want to tell everybody she had work done and it’s her choice .
I agree!! People feel far too entitled these days. It’s her private business and I don’t get why people are so obsessed with knowing.
Right? Also if your job is to be beautiful and in the public eye, plastic surgery to preserve your looks makes tons of sense 🤦♀️
Omg I've never heard my eyebrow type described before lol.
Does triamcinolone ointment work for alopecia areata on the chin area?

She looked fine before
Dr.Linkov, it would be very interesting if you could do a video on a very interesting popular turkish actress Hande Ercel. It is transformation of her appearance in a very short period of time, she lost a lot of weight, but to me unprofessional it seems too dramatic of a change. Your professional analysis would be great.
I'm just gonna say: I don't look unlike Kate and like her I was a smoker. I've never had anything done, not even a facial- I never took my make up off before going to bed but I always invested in great skincare and make-up and I didn't really age until I got an auto-immune disease, became allergic to common chemicals found in make up, skincare, hair care etc and almost overnight looked my age.(58) But my eyebrows are still in the same place and my filtrum is the same and I haven't lost any volume in my lips. My hairline is a little higher but wouldn't be noticeable unless someone was scrutinising a pic side by side. So it does happen and I'm inclined to believe her.
Why do the entertainers destroy their natural beauty????? Grow old gracefully ladies!!! ❤️
Come on. She had a partial buckle fat removal too and a ponytail lift. I don't think an eyebrow lift turned her eyes that uplifted.
Can you please do a video on facial lasers? Starting from the least invasive to the most invasive.... Looking to have laser work done without much downtime to smooth skin, eliminate some brown spots, minor wrinkles.....Can't afford to take much time off of work. Even if I had to do seperate visits rather that one longer downtime treatment. Not looking to be a Hollywood star, but any treatment would help.
Her nose? I think celebrities may be conditioned to think a 'lift' is just a lift, not surgery, and definitely not plastic surgery which is reconstruction.
