Retirement visas depend upon individuals having pension funds of R34,000 per MONTH. not my figures, from sa govnmnt website.
If you then want to work, you have to apply for temp.residency, as you can’t work on a retirement visa….which means that your boss will be questioned as to why they not found any SA persons qualified to do that job….

We as black Americans need our own country (promise land) where we don't have to jump through so many hoops just to get some sunshine and fresh food which should be a given to us. You do not have to jump through hoops in Gambia, their VISA process is so much easier.

My degree is in audio, and I know that I can put my skills to good use on the continent. I would eventually like to launch my business there. I think Cape Town would be a good place to start out.

Shalom shalom brother Blanton. My question is regarding the info in the video which seems to slightly contrast with info from another of your videos. If one comes to SA on a tourist visa, it can be extended up to 6mo. Then you MUST leave the country for a day or so before returning to start the process over. In this video you said we must leave SA and return to our home country (USA). In another video sister Blanton said you can leave by just crossing he border for the same amount of time and then return to SA to start the process over again. Can you please clarify? Thank you for your time and attention. Shalom and blessings.

I don’t think you all answered his question. He’s asking, if you can visit another country, as opposed to returning to your home country, before you return to SA to get a new 90 day tourist Visa (if I am correct).
I also had this question the last time I was there (Nov 2019-Feb 2020), because when I had visited 7 years prior, you COULD simply visit another country, come back, and get a new 90 day tourist Visa. This time around, I knew I couldn’t visit neighboring countries, but I wondered if I could leave the region and return. Anyway, I didn’t chance it. Ended up going home and being very sad. Lol.
From the information this lovely lady provided in the video, my guess would be no. That you have to return to your own home country of origin, not any other county.
Please, someone chime in if there is other/different information.
