Well, the scentence "I'm lying" without any other context can neither be true, nor false.
So the machine has no reason to check for true or false statement...
...except if the scentence implicts that you're ALWAYS lying.
And that said, no one is always lying, even if he or she might try really hard to do so.
Therefore, the statemend "I'm (always) lying" is false, therefore, the lie detector correctly beeps for a false statement.

The lie would be exactly when you said that, the lie detector would beep after you had said that. Therefore because it didn’t beep exactly when you said that, it would be a lie
