Apparently they can't do that because the Master Copies got destroyed in a warehouse fire years ago so they'd have to rebuild it from scratch ala Resident Evil 2 Remake to have a chance. The best the were able to do was to a copy paste of AC5 with modern aspect ratio and other miscellaneous stuff then bundle it in the AC7 preorders for PS4 etc. Or so I've heard...
pasting so you see it: you can fix the bugged out sun in each AC4 mission by toggling software mode on then back off again, it only needs to be done once per map.

The fact that the gameplay includes that STUPID INF Tank that hides under the bridge spars on ‘Siege of Farbanti’ 😂 I swear, you have to make a deliberate strategy to deal with that one enemy in this whole campaign.
@@thiccchungo1041 It isn't. Usually just fly along the road at a slightly lower altitude, one missile, done. But it's just ONE enemy that you have to think a _little_ bit harder about. WHY? xD I swear, I've watched other people play through this mission, and people routinely miss it, this person included lol
I like to imagine the reason why Mobius 1 is so well liked by SkyEye. Is because unlike the rest of his inexperienced and rookie wingmen. He shuts up, and does as he's told and is very to the point. So, SkyEye is regularly dealing with Halo 11 and the like fucking either panicking or jerking off in their plane and using the G force to watch their load float in the air before splattering all over their cockpit. And Mobius 1 is just like "go kill this entire beach of pillboxes, bunkers and tanks? Then do it for the next two beaches and then shoot down the A-10s that follow? Aight."
Microsoft and Google must be communicating because I just played Ace Combat for the first time ever on my Xbox and now I see this. Btw really fun I went with expert controls despite having never played before and still had a lot of fun

The fact that the AI figured out how to mimic the radio static from Ace Combat dialogue perfectly… is honestly kinda terrifying.
That's because the original voice lines have radio static. Also don't ignore the effort the person using the AI put in to make it sound right.

You can change the aspect ratio in the in-game settings menu which will remove the stretch. The game has native 16:9, it just defaults to 4:3.
The lack of emotion in Skyeye tells me that he has had to deal with these shenanigans for far too long.
