How do we deal with cocky employees that think they’re bigger than they are? Wants to jump straight to a supervisor position w/o showing me the work. I want to give him a chance but he’s just unbearable sometimes. Can’t even show me his job book. Which I’m pretty sure every salesman keeps records of what they’ve sold.
