I liked it too. The only thing I would change is the master closet. If you put the closet behind master bathroom, then you could have a doorway into laundry room through closet. This would be more convenient instead of lugging laundry around the house. I like the idea of throwing dirty laundry into washer then walking 10 steps into shower.
at 250$ per sq ft, that puts this in the 750K+ range. seems a little too pricey for the concept. These are supposed to be usable open space at a reduced cost.
In these uncertain economic times, a small 2br 800-1100 sq ft barndo would get your channel moving forward faster. People are demanding these videos in the comments section of many channels; yet nobody is delivering. Time to capitalize on the demand my friend.
It is so crazy you said that! I am actually working on doing content for those size homes and storage container homes. What do you think about those? Thank you again for the feedback! I am always open to delivering new things!
I absolutely love this. For starters I was considering a metal shop with living quarters, which I’m sure all this originated from. I love the open concept with the natural lighting and openness just as a whole. I feel half walls would be a nice divider outlining the different rooms but would take away from the openness. The less walls the bigger the feel. However there are some things that I’d like to cratique if possible. @ just create it
Only thing I wish I knew what the size of the closet spaces was before I bought the planes !! And the bedrooms upstairs the closets look small !! I love that house tho I would have some more wood tones to warm it up tho
@@justcreateit9620 designing a home with an entryway. I’ve been working on a barndo design that includes this. I’m not sure why but it drives me nuts to walk in and bam - your already in the living room. Many thing could fix that… adding walls or half walls etc. or designing a home where you walk in and the living area is in the back and there are rooms or dining rooms left and right of the front door making an entry area that leads to the back
No black for hear reason go with a cool claim light color will get you house cooler in summer and ac doesn’t work so hard. I would change roof design so I could use space that open below.. the higher your ceiling are more electricity to cool your house air has to go up to keep it cool and heated in season times.. looks good but think of just how much you like to pay monthly.
Love this build! I live in New Mexico and my family and I lost our home to the McBride Wildfire on April 12th. Builders and/or contractors are hard to find in my area. Would you happen to have any contacts out my way? Thanks so much!
Hi. Love your videos. Do you have a floor plan for a barndominium that has 5k sq ft upstairs and downstairs for a total of 10k. I am looking to build a home upstairs and an indoor soccer arena downstairs. Also if you can put me in touch with a few builders that would be great. Thank you.
The Master Bathroom was EVERYTHING!! One of my favorite designs I’ve ever seen
Yes! I love how spacious it is!

Do you have any information on who offers financing for the barndominiums?
Thanks
Great channel!!! Very informative!! I’m looking for a A+ builder in East Tennessee
Every time a floor plan this large skips adding an entryway I’m out. I loathe waking into the living room like that and there is no excuse
What would you suggest then?

Would definitely take space from the garage and add a gym ..
Oh for sure! You could have a super cool home gym. You could even run a small personal training gym here as well.
Can one be built with a basement?
Yes it can! I would have whatever builder you choose add that.
Do you know of any builders near Chattanooga TN?
Master closet not big enough.
