- Here's the Fix -
The Sticky Dash Fix Kit is an effective, easy and permanent two-step, do-it-yourself Dashboard repair solution.
The sticky dash problem -
Under certain conditions, a combination of high humidity and high temperatures can cause the surface of some Dashboards to become sticky/melted, have a shiny appearance, emit a noxious chemical smell and ooze a black chemical compound that is sticky to the touch. Despite otherwise being pleased with their vehicles, owner's recognize that the deterioration of their Dashboard may be dangerous and reduce resale value.
Step 1. A Surface Cleaner, formulated to quickly and easily remove sticky plasticizers, dirt and debris, is applied to prepare the Dashboard surface.
Step 2. A Surface Coating is applied which bonds to the Dashboard surface to form a thin, yet strong and flexible membrane, which after a number of light coats, effectively seals the surface. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
What is the sticky stuff exactly? is it toxic?
I have been waiting days and days for my order so I think it will never arrive, I have tracked the package and it is still in victory
No link in the description? Odd
My order took almost 2 mos to come in. I think it shipped from Australia go figure 🤷🏾♂️
Does it really work?? anyone tried?
Ordered in august, still haven't arrive, once it will arrive i will do a video review so other people with the same problem as me would know for sure will it help or not.
2nd month of waiting, still nothing, so far i don't like the fact that there is no communication with the seller, on site only a button for facebook message, while i don't have facebook
I hear it's shipped from Australia. I'm sure there's a lot of customs to go through right now with all this COVID stuff going on. I am wanting to try this as well. Please message back when you do the review, I want to see how it works as well
@@pandamamma2023 Sure as i commented earlier i will make a review and will post a comment here so others can see it.
Well weird shipping i have to say, since my order i ordered over 30 packages from ebay ali etc and all arrived no prob.

@@pandamamma2023 Sendle did investigation all they said parcel not found.... since i dont have facebook i dont know how to contact the support... going to look for way for refund or re-send
@@fasart2972 huh. Now I feel iffy about my package. I hope you hear back from them soon. If you don't I might just cancel mine too. That's very shady to not hear from them at all now after two months

Sticky Dash Fix, does the coating smell? does it last long? Can I apply this before my dash starting to melt? My dash is currently not sticky but I thin it's turning sticky very soon, if I apply this now, is it too early?
Hi Andrew, Thanks for your questions, I'm glad you're Dashboard is OK and you are able to deal with it early. The "Surface Coating" has no smell when dry. It would be very wise to apply the "Surface Coating" before your Dashboard continues to degrade - a defective Dashboard may become "glossy" in appearance before it begins to become sticky to the touch. Our "Surface Coating" contains strong U.V. inhibitors and is essentially similar to the Dashboard material - but is highly chemical resistant to retard the chemical reaction between the seeping adhesive and the outer Dashboard material. Without intervention, your outer Dashboard material is basically trying to turn back into crude oil - where it came from. The "Surface Coating" is a "permanent" product - but every Dashboard is different in condition and in some cases, more coating may need to be applied over the following years, but I'm sure you would agree that this would still be a satisfactory outcome. We will continue to innovate in this space and are in the process of securing distribution to make our products more easily available to our customers.
@@3dformulations383 Thanks 3D formulations, wow, this is a very satisfactory response and very technical. You guys did your research. I will place an order.
@@3dformulations383 What is the shipping time to USA NY? Thanks!
@@awdx4g63 It's not great at the moment Andrew - I would allow 3 weeks. While you're waiting, please feel free to email me some pictures of your Dashboard so I can offer any additional advice and tips for application. I would like to follow you're particular case over the long term.
@@3dformulations383 I''m happy to send some pictures. My actual scenario is that i'm certainly in very early stage of melting. 2 days ago, I drove under Sun, front portion of dash board started to change in property, it become shinier. 30 minutes later, it expanded, I parked under shade, for a while, then return home in late afternoon where the sun is weaker didn't further damage. I went home, parked in garage, the shininess is gone over night, no stickiness. It's literally back to original dry state. I think I'm at the point good to try your product.
no problem on 3 weeks, I don't even drive these days, I can hang on. I drive at night if I need to , hope to get the product before i drive under sun again. One extra question, at my state, do you think I should use the cleaner at all? Does cleaner contains alcohol content that may dissolve some of the dashboard material unnecessarily? nothing seem melted at this point. I think I can use soap and water to wipe off dust, let dry, then go straight to coating. Please advice. Thanks 3d formulations
you have in uae

Good day,how to order?
Does anyone know how long this product last? 1 month, 2 years, 5 years?
I just applied on my corolla 2007. It wasn’t looking 100% original because in my case, I could still see the lines of the brush after a few coats of the product. 2 days after the application I’ve applied meguiars ultimate protection and now is looking awesome.
Where do I order this???
You never share the clean or the final coating. Just add a material list. Otherwise this is a waste of time watching. Everyone knows you have to clean with SOMETHING and apply SOMETHING
@@andrewjmast how did it work? Does it actually make a difference and is worth buying?
@@tonyvice4244 Hello!! I want to know too, I have a Nissan Altima and the board is sticky and some parts have to be filled. If you want, leave me your e-mail to send them a photo and see if it is the same board material. My email is jennifer.shamill@hotmail.com

@@andrewjmast any update? I would love to hear how it worked! I have a 2008 Nissan Altima with a melting dashboard. Thanks :)
What a shit deal living with this sticky dash issue. I waited too long because I didn't realize it was happening.
This product seems like such a great idea, but I don't think it's for most. Good customer service. But...
"After a number of light coats"...you better believe it and each takes a while. I have 4 doors and a dash with this issue. One of the doors has three coats and the glue is still coming through.
Much more prep should be done than is shown or you will get this everywhere. It's very watery.
I have 4 doors and a dash with this issue. (The company was kind enough to send me two bottles.) One of the doors has three coats and the glue is coming back through.
As with learning any new technique, it would take repetition to get good and this is not a very forgiving solution to work with. You will not become expert enough working with it in time to get a good result, and this is in the large areas. You have to also deal with the smaller, thin areas. It's also hard to get it in area near the windshield, so I ended up taping paper there.
It would be great if this company had trained local detailers or someone to get good at doing this. I would have paid someone $500 do do this.
I kinda wished I hadn't messed with it.
