Under the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, President Biden is required to submit his FY25 budget request to Congress today, February 5, 2024.
However, the administration has signaled the President’s FY25 budget proposal will be released March 11, 2024 - 35 days late.

@@sanityandlogic1899 100%. What most people don’t understand is that the aid to Israel must be spent on US manufactured arms. Who’s lobbying for the aid packages? US weapons manufacturers. And it makes sense from an American perspective. It’s a way to subsidize the weapons industry and it prevents Israel from developing its own weapons manufacturing industry which would otherwise compete with the US on the global market.

I get what you're saying but i would argue that Israel has won every war even since 1970, since everyone around you has wanted you gone but you're still there and still stronger than all of them.
The difference is that warfare changed so obvious "wins" don't really happen anymore.

Hamas was given the power by the Palestinians and hasn't let them out because they are trying to make Israel look like the bad ones when they bomb the areas and it has worked to an extent.
They put bases and weapons caches in hospitals and schools, they block bridges and borders so they can't leave, they steal relief aid from others to build tunnels and makeshift weapons.

My dad was a vet of WWII serving in the European theatre and he always made me so proud of America and its fight for justice throughout the world. My parents were also liberal and life long Democrats. My parents were also fervent supporters of Israel.
America has changed so much since then, especially under the leadership of Joe Biden. It breaks my heart, for America and Israel.

It means you cannot say you're loyal to one and loyal to another. This isn't necessarily against her, but the fact that we have so many people in the administration making decisions who have dual citizenship, to act as if someone is not going to put the well-being of one over the other is ridiculous and it should be illegal to be in government and have dual citizenship.
