Lots of people forget that Chris is a born leader and is for sure the guy you want leading a team of highly trained special forces. But Leon is the guy you send alone so the job doesnt have any complications and gets done right.

A fact i dont see people mention about leon is that his body was enchanted to some extent by the las plagas virus ( even if he removed it he did so at the final stages thats why) but i believe the virus only improved durability

I think, technically, Chris Redfield wins in the weapons department. Leon's adaptable with weapons, sure, but one of the main reasons Wesker first recruited Chris to S.T.A.R.S., apart from pilot training, was his expertise with a wide variety of weapons.
Chris should have won skill, Dude spent 5 years as an airforce piolt and then 2 years at S.T.A.R.S by the time Leon was even starting his first day as a rookie cop.
Not to mention, with the recent release of SF6 making sf universe and RE universe is in the same universe canon. Christ may have learned his close combat skill from Guile.😂

An Airplane with 4 shitty turbines can reach 40mph while it's taking off in just some 6-7 seconds so easily, that plane we're talking about was a badass plane with 10 turbines.
And tbh, if this man can punch a big ass fuck boulder, of course he was preparing for some crazy sprints like that one, he's on asteroids, not even roids.
