  • These commercials aired on WCGV in February/March of 1990
    1. Micro Machines Cargo Plane Playset
    2. Micro Machines Insiders Double Play Playsets (I feel like this was around the peak of Micro Machines' popularity and it feels like they were oversaturating the market with product)
    3. Barnyard Commandos Action Figures
    4. WCGV Contest Bumper
    5. Micro Machines Highway Warriors (Oversaturating the market or not, it was worth it to see the Micro Machines man dressed up in a Mad Max getup!)
    6. Micro Machines Pocket Playset
    7. Animal Crackers Pet Centers
    8. Fox Kids Club Artists
    9. "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" Commercial Bumpers
    10. Tato Skins
    11. McDonald's
    12. Cheerios
    13. Sweetie Pups and Sweetie Kitties
    14. The Incredible Edible Egg
    15. Fox Kids Club
    16. Fruit Wrinkles (The creator of the Snorks should have sued)
    17. Oatmeal Swirlers
    18. Marvel Action Universe Bumper (This aired following an episode of the Robocop cartoon)
    19. Looney Tunes Die Cast Toys
    20. Cookie Crisp
    21. Fox Kids Club High School Art Exhibition at Milwaukee Art Museum PSA
    22. Sunkist Fun Fruits Rock 'N' Roll Shapes (5:48 I like the fake heavy metal band name "The Heck". As always, I could really do without the nightmare fun fruit trees)
    23. Cinnamon Toast Crunch (IMO no cereal really came close to the taste of these back then, though I also ate Apple Cinnamon cheerios for a while)
    24. Buckle Up PSA (Not trying to detract from the message he's trying to convey, but this guy has the most Wisconsin accent I've ever heard)
    25. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Accessories and Action Figures (In May of 1990 my family was on vacation in Hawaii around the time of my birthday and I picked out the Flushomatic Torture Machine at a Woolworth's in Honolulu as one of my presents. The concept was basically ripped off from the MOTU Slime Pit: • 80's Commercials Vol. 761 )
    26. Promo for "DuckTales"
    27. Chuck E. Cheese's (At this time I think the marketing really worked on me, as I constantly begged my parents to go here. I think we only went once or twice)
    28. Cinnamon Toast Crunch (I wonder what the last commercial featuring the other two bakers was...before they were savagely murdered by Wendell)
    29. Fox Kids Club Artists (Sorry for the dupe, Goobie made me do it)
    30. Domino's Pizza (Yep, this is from 1990)
    31. The Power Glove for NES
    32. Promo for "Maxie's World", "Punky Brewster" and "Beverly Hills Teens" (Maxie was Hasbro's knock-off version of Barbie. I've never even heard of "Beverly Hills Teens", which looks absolutely terrible)
    33. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Sewer Playset (I got this as a Christmas present in 1990 and it was the crown jewel of my action figure collection for a while along with the Ghostbusters Firehouse, but I do remember that it was a bit flimsy and the pieces had the tenancy to fall out when I played with it)
    34. "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" Commercial Bumper

John Moschitta Jr. will forever be the “Micro Machines Man” to many, but to me he’s Blur in the 86 animated Transformers Movie.

When it comes to Micro Machines I'm a huge fan of the Star Wars Star Trek and the military Micro Machines.
I remember getting the sewer Playset for Christmas and the Techno drone for my birthday the following month

The barnyard commands toys look cool, but from what I understand, they are pretty much statues and don't move at all. An army man not moving is understandable, but they are supposed to be action figures, but they don't have much action.

Fox Kids Club Artists- The collection of artwork that the child sent in starting at 1:58 looks like they drew it with their eyes closed.
    11. McDonald’s- I wonder if any of those kids ever managed to capture 20 different species of insects for one of their assignments.
The Incredible Edible Egg- That kid’s Dad must have too much time on his hands if he knows that much about something as simple as eggs.

I think I remember having one of the ertl die cast looney tunes cars? looks familiar anyway. although giving the road runner a car reminds me of giving sonic a cart in the few racing games he costarred in, what was even the point? also yeah shoutout to all those TMNT toys, those were the days.

You have Beverly Hills Teens right from the couple reruns I saw. Terrible cartoon. Funny they're showing Punky Brewster cartoon at this point as well. Also neat to see the growing popularity of the TMNT toys.

Good ol' WCGV. Former program manager there is a good friend of ours. Watched a good deal of Simpsons and Brewers games on there back in the day.

Only 10 more volumes to go for number 500 of 90's Commercials!
Also, one of the games that were made specifically for the Power Glove at 12:57 was a game called Super Glove Ball. I've heard that game is awful, just like the glove itself.
