Sketch out an outline that makes sense to you. You could break it down and record your story in parts - one video could give the big picture, another could go into your research, a third could be a "story time" to fill in details and make events come alive, a fourth could be questions and answers from the comments, and so on. Or you could just tell the whole story chronologically. Start at the beginning, and break it down into chapters until you get to the end. There's no right or wrong place to begin - it's your story! @@DennettDanielle

@@DennettDanielleI think we are supposed to begin these endeavors with fasting and prayer. A scripture to support this advice would be Psalm 69:10 .."I humbled my soul with fasting..", Psalm 35:13, and Ezra 8:21.

@@chessgame00 yes, been fasting off and on for many years, travailing in tongues and many moves of God. Most recently, the Angels told me, in their language, I “Do not have to worry about my home being attacked any longer.”
What Jesus said is true; if you get rid of the demons, and the person is not under the obedience to God, the demons come back far far worse. I should have bailed sooner, but I wanted my lil sis to be whole. My mom left us when we were little and told me to take care of her. She has autism and psychopathy rolled into a beautiful woman’s body with the mind and cognitive abilities of a 5 year old. An absolute recipe for disaster.

I have not received any stress from computers in years - and I used to have entire days ruined by computer problems.

I feel one of the most hideous examples of corporate greed that attracts the vulnerable with addictive personalitites is that vine program program run by a huge company that starts with A for avarice maybe. If you get an invite it lets you get *stuff* every single day up to three items daily, week in week out, free. Why? Because they want your reviews for their products. This exacerbates shopping addiction and gluttony. in my view. It is disgusting. There is NEVER something for absolutely nothing, except love care and compassion. It is like free booze for alcoholics.

You're the bully until taken to task then automatically switch to victim mode. Of course another page from the narcissists playbook which creates unhappy people and unhappy people buy more s*it.

Yes so sick. It is the trickle down effect from years and years of narcissistic abuse the first being Jacob and Esau and Laban, the father-in-law, and all the treachery that went on there. There just comes a point when there’s going to be an implosion from the inside out and I guess that’s what is happening right now because every man I look at I think to myself I pretty much worshiped my husband for 30 years it wasn’t until he knew I was waking up he started getting sloppy and from when I first met him and thought he was the smartest man in the world until in the end when I would say, I didn’t marry anyone who was So, I don’t even know what to say and he would say do you mean stupid and I would say no you’re not stupid I didn’t marry a stupid man, but that was when it started happening and I started to become frightened of the husband that I had always admired worshiped and looked up to

I have to strongly disagree. It's well understood that a defining feature of capitalism is that for by far the most of us, somebody else is reaping the rewards of our labour. It's called surplus value. And by a small minority raking in the surplus value of the labour of the majority, extremely large wealth disparities are generated, accumulated and consolidated. Financial wealth provides political influence, so allowing capitalists (business owners and shareholders) to further entrench and extend their advantages. Richard seems to be talking about the entrepreneurial myth of the self-made business man, and so missing the rapacious and exploitative nature of capitalism and it's extent.

In some cases there will be temporary but quite severe damage to short term memory due to the shrinkage of the hippocampus and enlargement of the amygdala. The blips of memory loss in any simple process or task means that you just go round in circles not managing to function very well at all unless you concentrate hard on one thing at a time and work very slowly and methodically. It feels exactly like what it is, brain damage, structural changes to the brain. Long term established memory doesnt seem to be affected so much, so for instance, going out driving your car isnt a problem if you can be decisive enough to get sorted and out the house in the first place. The amygdala enlargement causes all sorts of fear at every turn... my advice, especially when out, move slowly and breath deeply. From experience i think full recovery isnt possible within a year. Like narcissistic abuse, it needs to be experienced to appreciate that it is real brain damage not simply emotional dysregulation. I dont know why Richard found the question so funny.(?)....think he's been on the whacky backy tonight. 😆
