Thanks for the comment! This video was created as a general balance exercise and is not recommended for stroke rehabilitation. This is very advanced. If you have suffered a stroke, I recommend the video in the description. Again, this is a very advanced balance exercise and may result in a fall. :)

I am a paralysis patient I can walk but my foot does not go back that's why I can't bend my knee pliz help me
