Good evening,so I’ve dropped 100lbs in 8 months,it still feels like I have my big gut,any free advice?I mostly eat fruits throughout the day…workout 5 days a week…at night I’ll eat a salad with some hemp seed,kidney beans and some steamed veggies

@@JoseFernandez-kd4fu just started my journey, apparently i have 37% bfp so that's gonna have some effects on skin elasticity unless I fill them in with muscle.
I remember when I couldn't hope to finish one of these 60-minute workouts. And now, I'm crushing them. Cardio stamina is the key. Get your breathing under control. And remember, you dont have to move as fast as Bully. Also remember those cool down stretches!
Got 47 mins and had to stop. I’m not going to give up. I will do this video every week until I make it all the way through. ❤

I've gone back and started doing all of your videos one by one from the start. Doing 30+ mins on the days I'm not at the gym and one or two of the 5+ mins when I am. The results have been incredible, I am in the best shape I have been in my adult life. I've been following the channel since 2020 and just wanted to say thanks!

Wow, this is the longest I’ve continuously worked out! I just realized I gave up an hour that I could have used for reading or studying-and I’m not mad about that! This is going to be my go to full body workout on the days I don’t go to the gym!

@@polcus7626 I’m currently down almost 15lbs! I’ll admit, I haven’t been using this workout regularly anymore (I forgot about this comment lol). I changed my fitness plan as well as my diet, and am currently focused on strength training and muscle growth while still losing fat. This is one of those times to where physical results show progress a bit better than the number on the scale :)
OMAD plus this workout. October 16, 2023 82kg today I'm 75kg with one month.

@7626At starting i measure around 85 kg and then i work on myself specially diet that i consume ,clearly i started burning calories through cardio and lifting weights (Dumbells) and in 21 days i lose fat and gain muscle at the same time . And even today i follow everything that it takes
