- Hi & Welcome at my Channel ;)
On this Video we have one of the biggest fail from Sony ever, YEP im talking about the PS3 Modell CECH-H04
The H04 has the Fan on the Left side, not on the right side, all PS3 FAT Consoles that gots the Fan on the Left side, are a big Fail we can say!
But whatever, on FAT Consoles that haves the Fan on the left side, like the H04, for this Consoles i just recoment u that u do the holes for better air flow...
So, on this Video i show you how to fix a YLOD with using AMTECH Flux, ones of the best in my eyes.
You can begin to Reflow with 400C* for 5min, than go for 450C* for 5mins, 500C* for 5mins, 550C* and then 600C* also for 5mins.
At last let it cool down a bit, and than take rest of flux out.
Here you can also see how the Flux working and how the Solding balls looks like after my clean work: • PS3 & PS4 overheat iss...

nice work bro u do amazing tutorials man i love yr work every time i need help with my ps3 i watch you
love from middle east 😍💓👍
Thank you very much Bro. :)
thank you. You have helped me allot with making these videos . I have the cechh01 40 GB ps3 and it has yellow light on me . I followed your video and now my ps3 is alive again. Thank you again.
Yea, no problem ;)
The H versions are very hot, cause the Fan seats on the left side, so it gets not enough air, you should also do some hole on your case to avoid those YLOD´s
Peace ;)
You do it with these times and °C??? 400 for 5 min. Then 500 then 600?? I think it's too much time
Can you share your heat times and temps for the two main chips? Thanks ahead of time.
Hello. I have a Fat 40GB. I had HDMI problems and then I re-soldered the HDMI and changed the thermal paste. The PS3 worked for a few seconds then now I'm stucked into this 3 bips with red light. Do you think I should remove the covers from the CPU and GPU for reflowing?
Danke
You know this video has been 8 years but I'm glad it's out there.
I've been breaking my balls over this CECHC fat, it randomly shuts off, 3 beeps and flashing red light. No warnings whatsoever.
Gave it multiple new hard drives, and a used PSU, no dice
I used Black ops 2 as a benchmark, I usually last 20 minutes in the game, after delidding it did around 40-60 minutes before it shut down. Then I cut losses and decided to try reflowing, I used 480 degrees max, watching this video as I did it.
I had no hopes, but man I've been playing for over an hour now, reached round 20 multiple times playing zombies, it has yet to shut off. Also crazy thermals due to delid
NSC my man, you're a SAINT
(Also this is error 1001 on syscon)
Is your PS3 still working?
Sounds like 1 or 2 net tokins you need to do. good tutorial on PSX place to do that. mine had same problem before.
Did it break again?
@eduardoK995 good question, sold its long ago...
Hey I followed your video here to reball my rsx on the unit I was talking about putting pennies into, well I did the rsx took it off cleaned it and then put arctic silver 5 paste on the chip and put it back together after doing the superglue trick. well now the unit thinks its overheating and shuts off. on a positive note I got the picture back lol. what am I doing wrong here with this unit? I know its got to be something stupid... what should I do?
I can listen to you talk English for hours!! It's awesome!!!
+vegasdogg111 hehe Thank You ^^
Hello, I love your videos, they are very helpful. I just wish I had found them before my ps3 got the ylod. But I'm gonna try to fix it your way cause it looks like the best I've seen so far. But I am wondering if you could do a tutorial on putting the holes in the bottom of the ps3. It seems to me that if you put too many it would be more harmful than anything. I'm curious about placement and what tool you use to make the nice clean holes that are places just so perfectly in a circle. Thanks again for making so many good videos about the ps3 and how to repair it.
Great video, thanks!
Would you list in the description the amount of time that you used the heat gun at 300 degrees, 400 degrees, 500 degrees, etc? That part confused me.
Would it be okay to reflow the solder in a kitchen oven, instead of using a heat gun?
Lastly, what is your opinion of "no clean flux"? So far I have been using ChipQuik No-Clean Paste Flux. It comes in a tiny needle syringe.
Hi and great video...I must ask, what did you stick the IHS down with to keep place? Is it just thermal paste that holds them in place? Thanks
right, u can use for inside the IHS Artic Silver 5 and for outside the IHS MX2 Thermalpaste.
just fix the IHS with Thermalpaste first on the Cooller, and than build it togetter.take a look here at min. 36:00
czcams.com/video/9CgFgjyorCU/video.html It´s in German, but just look, and you will understand what u need to do :)
UltraNSC Thankyou for the reply. I have seen your other video on exactly that, and i have ordered everything i need. Much appreciated :)
Alright man, wish you the best :)
i have kester 1544 rosin core industrial flux . Will this work. I bought a 1 gal jug of the shit not knowing there were diff kinds of flux.
Hey! thanks for this video, he helped me a lot, i followed your instructions and its done! But after 30 min the same problem happened again ? i have a fat ps3 160 Giga .. What should i do ?
Did u use flux?
@NSC Modz
My ps3 had glod (cechb01). I've tried to reset the video settings but I get absolutely no video output whatsoever. Will this method potentially fix my console? Thanks!
Hi UltraNSC, nice to see someone like you replying to the comments :) I have a question that very few people answer... I have here ps3 with YLOD. I have seen mixed opinions about how to approach this problem. People that do reflows and say it's ok, and other people that say that only reballing resolve this problem for good. In your experience, how many time does a reflow last?
the chip is getting hot when u use the console and there is flux ,it will not mix the solder dots with the help of flux ?
Nope xD
Is it records like vinyl or like record a video?
Hi mate could you please tell me are the K L M and onwards PS3s more reliable as they have the 65nm cell and 65nm RSX..
Been watching your ps5 videos too 👍
Yeah, the A-B-C-E are the hottest ones 😅
dude you are hilarous, great video!!
Great work man. I'm going to try this. Thanks for the video!
no Problem, thx for your Feedback ;)
Yeah, dont Forget to cool it better now, or an YLOD will come soon again ^^
Greetings ;)
Yeah, the Holes are just FANTASTIC... but, NEVER EVER USE THE COPPER PLATES, thei will make to much presure to your Chips and thei will get damage soon...
Just make some Holes near the Fan just like i did, and get you a Fan Mod Adjuster and set the fan about 15% faster ;)
Greetings
im 200Km away from ;) Stuttgart we can say ^^
^^ i dont like the cold weather ^^
subscribed to your channel, but i don't undertood a thing, as i am italian :p.. what is the flux useful to? is it necessary for the reflow?
hi
Very good tutorial its helpful .. maybe at end of this month you will make a video to fix yellow death or any color of death for ps4 :)
I forgot to get the flux out after the reflowing. And now if I try to turn my ps3 on, the fan instantly went full speed and then still ylod. Before the fix the fan was normal (spin a sec then ylod). Is it because the flux? Can I get it out now or damage has been done? Please help 😭 (sorry for bad english)
Hi NSC! I've seen your YLOD fix videos. I have an CECHH01 with YLOD for first time, unfortunately I trusted in someone who did a bad job... anyhow will we the first reflowing job on that motherboard. It is recommendable to use AMTECH flux on this case, I mean first YLOD? Or you recommend to try a lighter method first? Thanks for your help and your videos. really useful to the disassembly and cleanning part!
Hi Jorge... Yes, always use AMTECH or SMD Rework Flux, without the flux you will destroy your sold conntacts much more as it was bevor...
Great! Now i'm in process to remove heat spreaders from CPU and GPU, GPU was easy with your method, CPU i need to make the propper tool, but I think all reflowing process will be done this weekend. Thanks for your help!
np, but use SMD Rework Flux... dont do it without Flux... and just use a litle bit.... NOT TO MUCH ^^
Thx NSC! But I've got the AMTECH flux, and it cames with an special accesory to apply precise amount of flux instead to use a toothpick jeje. So I believe should work fine.. Right?
yep ;)
Will this work for cech g01
Hi! Do you think that using No Clean liquid flush only on the processor units and the heat gun it’s enough? Or should I go with the paste too?
Better use flux
@@NSC-ModzNo Clean liquid flush is a kind of flux, isn't it?
@@luggmello No, it's more a clean fluid like Isopropyl. It's not flux
hey nsc its murphy here again i was going to buy a brand new ps3 fat original launch model which go for about 1000 uk sterling pounds i remember you said on the last reply that the nand chips go bad on the backwards compatible models what do you think causes the nand chips to go bad because ive also heard the nand chips are going bad on the nintendo wii u from not being in use would i be taking a gamble buying a brand new ps3 phat launch model as there very costly and sorry for keep pestering you with these playstation 3 questions but your the only youtuber i know that has the knowledge about this much love from the uk :)
Yes, all those PS3 had errors on the Nand chips. You can make a backup with an Teensy and than take a look. They where full oh errors. The questing is why. Maybe because jailbreak or maybe those chips where bad already.
Nice work. The best tutorial on yt.
hi there how much more time ps3 last after that process?
I have a console sometime I turn it on green led -> 3 beep -> turn off flashing red led [No yellow LED], but if I try turn off switch and on again sometime OK [working without problem]. I try to replace HDD but still like that. what about that?
I use cfu with manual speed around 50% and the cpu temp. is around 73C
it´s just the beginning of a YLOD !
UltraNSC Are you sure? I mean it might be a PSU problem or a overheating problem, no?
Yep, Sure
How you put it back the heat spreader !!?? what kind of thermal paste you use?
thank you.
here we go:
How to Replace back the PS3 IHS with Second Glue By:NS©
Cheers
hi need help i have the same problem but i am scared to open cpu heat spreader so i can put thermal paste under it any help how to open it and i have hair dryer not a heat gun
you will need to do you your onw tool just like i did, and it needs to be very very thin!
hello i just fixed a PS3 40 GB CECHG01 YLOD and modded fans with a variable resistor to control speeds. it boots up and works just fine but during the repair i did NOT remove the heat spreaders just reflowed the chips and used Arctic Silver 5 and modded fan. should i go back and replace the thermal paste under the spreaders if it working fine now?
No, if it works, than let it like it is... BUT, when the fan is going crazy one day, than you will need to do it...
Big thanks for your movies, i fixed my PS3 with them!!!!
+Dommy Dommels Nice, im happy for you :)
Nice job, I used liquid no clean flux with a syringe until it ran to the other side.
If I purchase the flux by Conrad. Will this do; Soldeerwater Edsyn Inhoud 30 ml F-SW 34??
Do you recommend always using the AMTECH flux because I use a no clean flux I have a 100ml bottle of it.
First AMTECH, and than use the Flux to clean the rest of the Amtech flux
UltraNSC Ok thanks and at 23:33 hahah
xD ^^
+ShaDoWxGFX I like 41:45 loooooooooooooooooool XD
^^ me to xD
Does the adhesive for the heat spreaders still stick after? Or do you need to apply new one? Also has any of your systems failed after your method?
+PROJECT3SI it´s like that bro. a YLOD will always come back again, when it will happen again, we never know, but as better you Repair it and as better it gets cooled, as longer it will work. And you will need new thermal compound befor you build all 2getter again.
no I'm talking about the adhesive for the heat shields
The adhesive is actually a sort of like rubber seal. Its used to balance the temps over the whole substrate. Since its hard to clean it, i recommend you to seal the edges of the IHS too with non conductive thermal compound to retain its thermal balance.
Ist meine PS3 und sie läuft wieder perfekt. Vielen Dank nochmal.
Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Marcel ;)
Coole sache, und Wilkommen auf mein Channel ;)
Hab grad 3 sehr gute PS3´s da, wenn du jemand weisst, sag bescheid ;)

will the heatgun trick work if I try to replace a wifi chip soldered to the motherboard for the galaxy s2 i777?
Yes
Hey NSC,
I Followed your video Exactly. This was the first YLOD however I figured i would do it right. When I finished it worked great until I went to update. Then I received the error 8002F147. I searched google and tried everything reformatting changed the hard drive checked the ribbon cables safe mode. Bluray sound like it reads disk ok I hear it working and it had no issues when I got the YLOD. Any suggestions? I am stuck. Thank you
41:50 "here, three girls doing all the time just bullshit!" XD Best father ever!!! LOL
hehe ^^ yes, i always try to be ;)
hey my ps3 just had YLOD after christmas and im trying to get the tools needed to fix it on amazon which ones do you suggest?
you need a great FLUX, the AMTECH Flux is ones of the best, you also need a Heat Gun, try to get one with an Temperatur Display, so you can check it better...
If, but just IF you like to open the Heatspreaders, then you should get a Razor blade for the RSX Chip, and you should do your self a great tool like i have done for the CELL CPU, because the CELL is VERY Danger to open if you got the wrong Tools...
is it easier to open if the RSX and Cell is warmed up? the thing is i opened my PS3 and around the RSX and Cell has dusts, where you put the flux..
yes, its easier to open them, because this glue what Sony use is very hard when its cold...
Get a bruch to clean the dust first ;)
Dear, do you have one grommet to sell? The first one you need to detach to access the torx screw. Mine was super dry and was broken. Many thanks.
Hehe i just have only one Fat here and this one is also jailbroken :) it's the last one that i got to sell, just after that i will get me some more to modifier and ect. :)

PS3 just beeps, no reaction
Do you have any idea what could be the problem with my console?
Hey I don't know if you have ever heard of this but today I was downgrading my sons playstation. I flashed and got the 3.55 downgrader on it then all the sudden during the cfw stage my ps3 shut off on me, Go and turn it back on and shuts right off again. so I soldered the sbc to the tristate and did the flash put all the buttons down and boom shuts right off again... Any ideas on how to fix it
Wich Model is it? Sounds like you have Brick it...
UltraNSC 2501a November 2010 I soldered the sbc to tristate n it took the flash but still shuts down...
Try to sold this Bridge:
abload.de/image.php?img=unbrickverbesserungsvl3oex.jpg
is it 400 degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius?
I think you should on one IC at a time, if you are moving around it will take longer to solder and have good flow.
Hello. NSC. please help me. My ps3 phat after i fix red light and now it worke good but black screen.hope you help.
seems that your GPU still has a Problem...
Yes that it. How can i fix ps3 black screen ?
you can try to reflow it again, but only the RSX / GPU
try also if it works with a Scart Cable, maybe it´s just the Resolution that makes problems
NICE VID! Getting ready to reflow my ps3 slim. Should I take the heat spreaders off like you did?
+Jason Mattison It´s better, but it´s dificult also for you maybe
+UltraNSCde How long has this reflow worked for you?
+UltraNSCde so I reflowed my ps3 slim, but still having the same prob. When the red standby light is on...I press power green light comes on doesnt beep..flash red or yellow and just turns off. I think I might have a different issue than the ylod. Just cant find any info about this anywhere! Have you ever seen this problem? Thanks!
Amigo fazendo tudo correto quanto tempo esse reparo dura ?
Ola, pode demorare uma ora o mais...
abracos
Just checked and I've got the CHECHKO3 model. Older?
I just did a basic reflow the other night, without removing heat spreaders, and just using a hairdryer, as don't have a heat gun or flux yet. YLOD is still there, but goes after unit has heated up. (only seems to occur when unit is cold).
Great video, I will observe for next attempt.
+DazG Nice, Thank you very much
Hi,NSC..Great vids bud!! Watched your videos and learnt alot! but have 2 ps3 consoles that had YLOD and with 1 console had no problem sorting but having trouble with the other. After i cleaned and replaced the thermal compound and reflowed the board it worked but the fan was very loud.I played 4 hours before switching it off but when i tried turning it back on later, the YLOD came back,So took the heatspeaders off and cleaned under both cpu an psx but when i put it together still the YLOD.What would you do to sort this?
Hi & Thank you :) have you check if you may scratch the CPU?
hi m8,cpu chip has no scraches on it but have scrached the surrounding chip a little, because i struggled getting the sillicon under the heatspreader off.il get sum amtech flux and try that. Also wondered how you managed to get the chip off the board that has the yellow corner tag?
This Chip you can get out using a BGA Station or a Heatgun ^^
got heatgun but not sure on whats the best way to do it
Take the Heatgun, at low fan Speed, use Flux and do it :)
Can you help me to repair my PS3? same problem. i already do same with the video but same problem occured. thanks
hmm then ist maybe a Chip brocken :(
This is the best way to reflow a PS3. Very well done dude! Just curious, is your friend PS3 still working?
+Hooligan H Thank you man :) And i think yes ^^
+UltraNSC Also, can i just heat them up without opening up the heat spreader?
yes you can :)
+UltraNSC Awesome! Thank you so so much dude! Have a wonderful year! :)
you to brother, Thank you :)
The same procedure for the xbox 360, right? Do you repair xbox 360s also?
yes, i did also in the past, but all my homies has only PS3´s ^^
but ist exsactly the same procedure.
Regards
Thank you very much mate :)
Also dont forget to Reflow the other Chips, very important, sometimes the reason are also the other small Chips.
Its not always just the RSX and CPU.
Cheers mate ;)
Hey I have a PS3 Slim Console CECH-2002B I used a e3 flasher and it turned off and when I try turning on now it goes green, quick yellow light, then boom red light 3 beeps and blinking what can I do to fix it please reply!!!
you have Brick it... Hoppe you still got your Original Backup.
Yes i still have my original back up saved on my desktop I watch all ur videos and learn what to do I just did not have clip on good enough. any way to unbrick do I have to solder a wire?
yeah, i got an UNbrick Video already, check it and search it on my Channel...
UltraNSC Yes the video where you installed it to a non downgradable PS3 and bricked it and unbricked it i will watch that thanks :)
np :)
Bro, do we have to clean up Amtech Flux after reflowing? Thanks
+Hooligan H you dont need, but you can :)
+UltraNSC thank you, i appreciate it!
LMAO I cant help but hear arnold schwarzenegger trying to fix a ps3 and I love it.
haahaha xD
Brilliant cheers and thanks for sharing. Yes and all that with 3 girls. ..mellow dad.
^^ thei are my life ;)
Do a video about xbox 360 repair :P Do you recommend replacing the xclamps? Or are they OK?
thei are mostly ok ;)
Please, do a RROD repair. I'd love to watch one of those made by you :P
ok, as soon as i get a Xbox with a RLOD i can do it ;)
Well, you could buy one dirt cheap on ebay... Just sayin... :P
haaha yea... ill think about xD
Hey I have a game coming in the mail in a day or two,and it is a cechh01,and the person I bought it from in the description said he took care of it,he had to if he had it for 7 years, well any way during that time period I know for sure maintenance need to be done from keeping it from going YLOD.I he said it works just fine and the fans spin high though,so I do not need to reball or reflow or anything I need to prevent,I was thinking of sending the game to you so you could replace the theremal grease under the heat spreader and on top,and then put the holes at the bottom.I know I can do this my self but what is making me paranoid is taking the heat spreader off the cpu, when I try to take it off the cpu it is a lot harder to take off,but the gpu comes off with little effort.
Hey to everybody looking at this video. Most of you will get the heatgun from ebay that says drill master its very cheap and it works.NSC is right. It needs 600c for the solder to liquify.I put the heat gun on low and it would not melt for nothing. Then I put it on high wich is 600c the solder melted in 80secs.trust me I tried it on a few boards to make sure the time is the same.It was about one inch away from the board, and I was constantly moving it in a circular motion. It is about 80secs for the GPU AND CPU.But for that other chip like the south bridge it took 45secs.For the other smaller one it took 25secs.
Thats right, but for peoples who does this the first time, and wants to Repair a YLOD thei can do it at 450-500C just to be safe ;)
Thank you also for your great comment ;)
NSC
Yea my heat gun on low which is 572F would not melt it,but on high my heat gun goes to 1112f so I have to kinda keep it away from the board to make it lower then 1112 and not keep it on long or it will do damage.
Oh yea and I really need that cpu cutter now, because I just fixed a ps3 but I cant put thermal paste under the ihs so it will YLOD soon.So I will not play it until you send me the tool I REALLY REALLY NEED IT.
i realy dont have Forget you, i think latest Monday i will be able to do you one ;)
All right I will talk to you Monday then (:
thanks man !!!just fix my ps3:)
Nice man, now Cool it great, or it will come soon again ^^
SO . How long can i flow on it? CPU and GPU
it conforms the Temps... at 450C* you can Reflow it at 1-2 min. Max
Thank u very much i will try....
k, go easy on it :)
PS3 FAT External PSU Replacement -Mod- By:NS©
Lg.
You rock!
hehe Thank you very much... sometimes i rock 2much xD
ty & Welcome at my Channel ;)
Lg.
@NSC Modz a lot of guides I see, they really say very seriously that the motherboard should be put flat before applying the heat gun to do reflow. In your video here the board is not flat and also you even have it vertical while using heat gun to reflow and get flux out.
Why do they stress to keep board flat when using the heat gun?
are you using degrees in delicious or farenheit?
C* Celcious :)
Thank you very much, Yea, the PS4 is my next stepp.
Regards
Did you use glue or thermal paste
Thermal paste ^^
every one do this and wana to open rsx ihs
u can open it by insert some paper on a place not have trasistors and got philips screw driver and press on ihs and slowly opening 👍😊
My ps3 60gb has been reballed by an professional 2 years ago with leaded tin. Now ylod came again and I am going to fix it myself because I do not want to again pay expensive repair. I thought also to do some holes and put the fan controller to the PS3 cools better. Now the question is what the flux should I use if the tin is replaced by leaded tin? I hope you undertand my bad english. :)
All OK, your english is very good ^^
I think there should be some rest flux, open it, and look if you can see still a bit flux, this should be enough maybe.
Otherwise get the AMTECH Flux :)
The ONLY problem I see so far UltraNSC is that you aren't supposed to heat up on Unlevel Table. Meaning heating up right now with it on it's end even to drain some of the Flux out because it can cause the Chips to Slide and make unwanted connections with the Soldering Balls. Next time, just leave it on a Flat Surface and get some flux that's a little more liquefied this will solve the issue... Other then that, Good Video
Thank you very much, but i realy never had some problems like this ;) ive did it in a lot diferent tables, at last we just need take care at all...
And the Flux im using is very nice, better then other stuff that i have saw :\
Thx again, and also for your feedback ^^
You are welcome. It wad a good video. I wad just saying that you got to be careful. Solder I'd a funny thing. When heated. It acts like mercury and it can run together and need up under the chip making unwanted connections. If it works Thsts awesome. I've got to do my PEt but I'm taking the chip off and applying new solder. The solder on the PEn is to weak so I'm giving.it better solder thst can handle the heat.
i work with that stuff since about 16 years now ;)
Nice
Ty, i begone with +- 14 to sold and open a lot things, now im 32 xD
Cheers ;)
Hello, I am wondering where you purchased the Amtech Flux? Searched for a while and run into a lot of fake products and found some warnings too.

my ps3 super slim down the same thing it just happened when i was half way installing gta 5 and it just randomly turned off and wont turn back on
then it was also overheating, and you have a YLOD now we can say...
but i, going to get it fixed
yea, i wish it you :)
what
yea, i wish you that you get it fixed :)
I'm going to try this on mine, with my fingers crossed 😥😥
Was your ps4 overheating? If not then try my other video where i replaced the NecTokin capacitor. Wish you luck :)
@@NSC-Modz it just shuts off randomly with yellow then red blinking light. I'm going to look at your other video, thanks
How long does it take a guy has my ps3 to jail break he said I needed it flux because of no video
without flux it´s not good to reflow...
Lg.
Bro, I did as your tutorial but it works for 1 minute then turn off I can see the system works and everything but turns off again quick
ok, so it could be the temperatures now... or you need to do it again better all...
What is the solution for the temperatures?
Do I have to make reballing?
NO... just watch some more Videos on my channel about temperatures
+UltraNSC Thank you NSC
+UltraNSC Thank you NSC
It's a good job you didn't heat up too much with board on its side the chips could of slid off lol 🤣
Right, that's why i always say, set the fan speed to lowest while doing that ✌️
heheh Vielen Dank ;)
Lg.
why you don't use "No Clean Flux" in a dispenser pen? It would flow trough the hole chip, without heating the flux.
never had need to ^^ always working good like that ;)
People before you to do anything to your PS3, take the hard drive out and clean it with compress air and inside the hard drive apartment. I'm not guaranteeing you that it will fix the problem, but it did for me! :)
Hey, my ps3 60gb is glod. Will this method fix that?
If you do it carefull, YES ;)
UltraNSC Thank you. I will give it a try :)
UltraNSC Does GLOD mean it's a GPU issue? Thanks
it depends... mostly it´s the CPU...
yes, without flux u will maybe make it work, but not for long tome and without flux u destroy the sold balls under the Chip more...
the flux makes the Sold balls conntacts under the Chips good again.
cheers ;)
Hab Ich mir schon gedacht
Lg.
Ok, I did it and my console works now (thanks man!), but what's average durability of console after this reflow?
You welcome ;) it conforms now how cool it works and also how the NecTokin Chips are...
hey what up bro i dont know if u remember me but can i mail u my ps 3 to repair it how much will it cost me
Hi.. sure i remember u, i remember all good peoples ;)
You can send me your PS3, but it will be very expensive i think, cause i am from Germany... but we can make it so, send me just your Platine, and i will do it for YOU for free, you just need pay the shipment, good sounds?
For more send me a PM
Peace bro. :)
My ps3 when i turned on fhe fan is very powerful and hi turned off .why .thank you
Probably too high of temperature on chips, did you put thermal paste on them before putting it back together?
Joey PR yes i put thermal paste but same problem.
In English those are called' Cocktail sticks', the wooden tools you used for cleaning the chip.
Thank you very much, i love Cocktails xD
Aren't those called toothpicks? Lol.
yeah, now i know it, but 2morrow ill Forget it again xD
I got the YLOD a month again. I got the same system like yours :) . Can I just heat the CPU GPU instead adding the flux?
i would not... ist better for the sold balls if you use the Flux
without the Flux the sold gets more damage.
Regards
Thanks. But I'm stuck because I have no heat gun. So I will use a hairdryer for about 10 minutes on the back and the front. Its better then nothing.
no no no Dont do it... you can damage your PS3 Case...
better open it
UltraNSC Yeah thats what i did. Im not going to heat the case because that will deform everything.
yep
