What do you guys think of the Beats Studio Pro's? Also, if you enjoyed the video feel free to like and subcribe!
What are the major difference between the Studio Pros and the Studio3s?
Portland, JAMAICA in the Building!!! 👑🇯🇲🔥💥🌟⭐💯💎
Let's face it, lot's of CZcamsrs got a review up. But I prefer your voice and honesty ❤
Thanks I appreciate it!
Bro got it in his mouth
@@memoriesmuseum2824it’s okay, you’ll find someone that appreciates you soon
I just realized today that they released the beats Studio pro. I’ve been waiting for a new model for years since I got my studio 3. I was waiting apple to realize a new model of the AirPods max but it’s more expensive and I am not a fan of the design personally. So I am going to go with the beats Studio pro. Tomorrow when I wake up I’m going to Best Buy and I will get them 😊. Thank you for the video !
(I’ve now been using it for almost a week. It’s great :) happy with them so far)
I have the last gen studios and I been happy with it even with micro usb and the older apple chip but man these looks so appealing especially that usb c
I have Studios. Not the last gen, but the one prior. So I think the Studio 2 right? Just made my order at Best Buy and leaving to pick up right now. Since this is two generations later, hoping I can tell a huge difference in sound quality. Have the latest AirPod Pros as well, and I love them, but I want some over the ears.
The simplicity and production quality in your and dave2d videos is on other level. The whole video is so clean
Canadian tech CZcamsrs are insane 😂😂
straight copies of MKBHD
beats were already half off on prime day and my wife snatched them up for me. so far no complaints. I'm not super audio guy, and if your like me and just wanted a decent pair to watch media and work out in. I don't think you can lose at the 180 price we paid for them
The two beats products launched recently are top tier in versatility.
Not sure if you have them but the Bowers and Wilkins PX7 S2 are in the same price range as the Beats and the Sony and i’ve not heard anything beat them yet, Give them a try!
I just picked these up used from Best by for $150 (they look like new) and they work great. I use them at work for calls, with my phone, ipad and apple tv to watch shows/movies and listen to music and will be using them when I travel next week.
I totally love the design and the case of the beats, they were super careful with these details. What keeps me skeptical wether to buy AirPods max vrs beats now: 1. noise cancellation 2. microphone, I didn’t like it how it sounded in the demonstration you share, the audio of the AirPods is clean but I hate the design and like I said I love everything physically about the beats, and even more that it accepts apple and android. I use windows for work and I can use them without a problem but I think that for meetings would be an issue 😢
I still use my very first Beats and despite the sound no longer being the best still like them. Your review is spot on and agree that the design, ergonomics, and features beat the others by far. Now with a much improved sound it will likely make it a fast seller, bringing Beats back to the race.
Then sound no longer being the best? Lol, Beats never had the best audio. They are more like an accessory
@@georgesr8979Some like Bose, others Sony, Sennheiser, or Audio Technica. Back in the day I tried them all and enjoyed Beats sound signature the most, despite the glossy looks. They held up well, including the cups. I also have Power Beats Pro, which I mostly use, due to ergonomics and comfort. Call me a Beats junkie 😂🤣😎
Nice to see Beats improving, they used to be the punching bag for heaphone bros some time ago
I agree they used to be bad but now they make great stuff
Ever since Apple bought them in 2014, they keep getting better and better
They have really come a long way and make a very good product. I might pick these up
Is the sound quality better if you use Apple Music compared to CZcams Music?
Which sound better these or the AirPods Pro 2?
For changing anc/tranperency you don’t long press the power button, you double tap it.
I have the Sony's and I love them (highly recommended) but these beats have a great price/specs balance, a great option to keep in mind.
Totally agree!
How is comfort with the Sony as it is thinner than the Sony xm4?
@@alphafiddlesticks5623 very comfortable. I wear them mostly at home and they feel really good. way lighter than they look.
400 euro Great Price ?????
@@panamflow3122got mine for 179 usd
How’s the comfort after many hours of use?
Can you compare them to the Solo Pro? No one has made a video like that but i see that you have both headphones.
Why not compare the Bose option? I went from the QC35 to the Sony's and actually had to go back to my old ones because the headset function doesn't work well with Widows and the QC35 is way more comfortable.
I dont have the bose QC35's or I'd throw them in there as well.
USB C port from the laptop will also mean the DAC in the headphones will be used and it's going to be higher quality than the shitty DAC 3.5mm ports on laptops get. It's why pros use USB dongle dacs and plug the 3.5mm into that.
The beats studio pro's are discounted for black Friday, going for $169. Almost bought them but found out they don't auto pause when you take them off and also don't have multipoint connectivity which was kind of a boomer. My main reason to get them was thinking they could integrate better than my old Sony XM3's with the iPhone, but it doesn't seem to be the case :(
I got them on the Black Friday deal. I’d say it’s worth it. My ecosystem is Apple.
There’s different modes as a eq on the solo pros when using the audio jack I had seen in it marquess video
Great review. Does it play Dolby Atmos??
Yes
The only reason why I am incline to get this is because of spatial audio for iPhone. Sony xm series don’t support them tho 😅
How do you even get to the settings as shown in 7:40? I can’t access anything that looks like that…
Any news on a PowerBeats Pro successor? Still the only in-ear wireless earbuds that actually stay in your ears, 100% of your time. Thanks.
Beats fit pro are a really good earphone that stay in your ear great.
How are the mics when you are outdoors?
I bought 11 months ago Sony XM4 and I'm really happy with them. All these headphones looks good but they are just not enough to upgrade from XM4 👍
Totally agree.
I'm gonna wait for black friday to buy a pair. Sandstone or Deep Brown?
Sandstone
I'm getting my own Beats Studio Pro delivered today... I got the Deep Brown Color 🥰.
Brown is fire
I wish Sony would bring back some form of folding to their next 1000XM series headphones. I have the XM5 and XM4, and I really like the XM5 except that it is bulkier than folding design for travel. These Beats seem great for someone who travel and fly. But I wonder if Beats would introduce multi-point pairing with Apple products eventually through firmware. Too bad about missing auto pause feature.
I read somewhere that the multi point pairing on iOS and masos is a planned feature.
Honestly just stick with either qc45 or xm4. These two are still the easy to recommend especially with the discount. Qc45 for comfort and xm4 for the whole rounder if you eq.
But as iPhone user I don’t like AirPods Max too heavy, but this supports spatial audio. Sony doesn’t tho
@@josephhenry8637 I have QC45 but the microphones are utterly crap when I am outdoors (especially when there are cars around). I loved my QC35... but they broke. They had much better microphones.
If you are an android user that makes sense but not for iPhone, Apple TV, and Mac users. Then based on history they will go on sale just as much as the others
@@thomasnorden4633I hated the qc45 in windy Washington. I just got constant wind noise from the mics when I was outdoors.
@MatthewMoniz Can you suggest me any multi purpose headphone for Gym, movie, Music and gaming??
I was hoping for a similar suggestion. Do these beats decently well with gaming?
How good is passive noice cancellation?
i really wanna see how these hold up against the solo pros
For me personally, I just want to know if they’re lighter on the head than the Sony’s and how does the ANC compare.
Sonys are the lightest. But not by much. .56 lbs vs .58lbs. Anc is about the same.
@@MatthewMoniz Thank you 👍
Idk, man, I've been researching a lot and have tried both APM and XM5, and clearly you're promoting towards the APM more when clearly, in terms of comfort, battery life, price, and sound quality, you've got to give it to the XM5.
I'm just asking a question. Are you sponsored by Apple?
Sounds subjective, I hated the xm5 sounded like I was in a room of subwoofers. APM sounded like heaven. (I have neither but js)
@@th3lasthop3 You really can't compare if you don't have them and you most definitely can't tell if you haven't been with them for a significant amount of time. Therefore I think your preference of sound signature's are more like for Apple's type of sound and besides the XM5's sound is customizable via their Sony app.
@@seannightwal1765 believe it or not I actually owned both 😂 but moved up the the b&w px8.
So wait, because of the lossless only being available via USB-C, is there any way to access lossless using these on iPhone?
It’s getting ready for iPhones to switch the C. However If you use a C to lightnight cable, that will work as well
Do they sound the same as the studio beats 3? I have like 3 pairs of the old ones,is it even worth upgrading lol
Way better
Just made my purchase. Order is ready for pick up so just about to leave. I have Studios, but they aren’t the model prior to this one, they’re the ones before that. I think 2nd gen Studios. Hoping I can tell a huge difference in sound quality. Have the latest AirPod Pros, and really like them, but I’ll be real disappointed if these new over the ears don’t blow them away.
Hi, what are your thoughts now comparing the Beats with the Airpods Pro 2? I lost my airpods and actually looking for Beats studio pro hoping to have the same or best audio experience
@@Jestradau Mmmm, to be honest, I probably like my 2nd generation AirPod Pros better. They’re more comfortable and have far better clarity, plus they’re also surprisingly louder, at least from my experience. I have yet to use the Beats with the cable and headphone jack though. Might make a bit of a difference. As you’d suspect, the Beats do have more bass, but at the same time it doesn’t seem to be their primary focus like with generations past. Don’t get me wrong, I like them. I don’t feel like I wasted my money. But I’m certainly not blown away by them, at least not yet.
All in all, if you’re looking for over the ears, love the appearance and design of Beats, and want something fairly similar to your AirPod Pros, I don’t think you’ll be unhappy.
I use beats from 2012 and i didn't even know if you press beats logo is pause button!
But does it have share audio feature ?
Should compare to the xm4
do they turn off when you fold them up like the beats solo pro's did?
it has power button so no
No these have a traditional power button
Bought the new beats n return them n got xm5 I don't find the case big fits great in my bag n is better value for the money
You're saying that in terms of battery life XM5s are somewhere in the middle but the video is showing the same battery life as Studio Pros and even better without anc/transparency
Those are manufacturers results me saying somewhere in the middle is more my personal experience.
He's scared to say the Sonys are better.
@@msquirrel1 So scared im shaking in my boots
@@MatthewMoniz should have mentioned the audio through usb c! Thats amazing! The Sonys dont do that
@@msquirrel1 I did mention it ! In fact I went on a whole tangent about it.. lol
Several stores have them on sale for $170 for Black Friday.
Question i have 500 and i want to buy the best android phone
AirPods Max’s case dissing got me 😭😂
I tried the beats and the case and folding thing is overrated. It’s think despite smaller length than XM5…the build on the beats is getting on my nerves when they cracking…..
I find my current XM5 case fine.
Should i get this or the xm4?
depends on price. IF you can find a sweet deal on the XM4's go for those
@@MatthewMoniz for sure 👍🏽
They were ok but in really loving my XM4s.
Well I can appreciate the fact that they fold up, when I’m paying $350 for a pair of headphones, I want a solid case that WILL ACTUALLY PROTECT THEM. Regardless of the size of it. I was lucky enough to pick up a pair of the XM5’s today on sale for $250 at Target, and I am extremely happy with them so far in my very limited time with them!!!
No proximity sensors is brutal
Yea seems to be the only bummer everything else seems to be solid. Even the sound is said to be very close to the Pro max.
Agreed but easy to work around.
@@bradavon yea quick tap to pause and good to go
In terms of design, the beats studio beat everyone by far 🤙🏽
Still waiting for the PowerBeats Pro 2s…
my studio3 and studio pro in color brwn my best headphones
$500 for an headphone, iPhone is really going nuts for the past few years, I guess this is not the first time they did this, if I remember the expensive PC wheels and case lol 😅
Think that’s bad look at the B&W Px8
Their are similar build quality Bluetooth headphones for over 800 dollars.
Why no one talks about its NC quality?
There aren't any Bluetooth headphones that can achieve lossless music. None of them. So this myth really needs to be learned by more users.
In order to achieve proper lossless music you must have a wired connection. Either with this USB-C cable included in the package or the wired jack. Also, Apple sells a $9 lighting to 3.5mm adapter that will help you achieve the lossless music scenario.
The $350 price tag is actually irrelevant. Any customer can find this item on sale for as low as $170, which makes these a terrific value.
I think this is a personal steal because right now on Amazon there only 200 and if they are going up against the best of the best for only 200 that’s amazing
These are always on sale for $200 on Amazon or Best Buy - amazing bang for the buck at that price!! Can't believe I'm saying that about a pair of Beats haha
No High Resolution Audio over 24/48 with the cable is a shame. Although that's rare and not something the Apple Airpods Max can do.
7:40 studio pro have very limited EQ
AirPods Max microphone sounded the best.
Opening shot is kinda dark
I said I wasn't going to buy these cause the quality, but bought them anyways because I can only buy apple headphones. My AirPods pros 2 sound better and these hurt my ears so bad :(
I don't even have big ears!
So, im returning them lol. Will wait for 2nd gen AirPods Max or buy an Apple Watch instead
A lot of CZcamsrs act like elites pretending the sound is not good. While its not perfect, its a clear improvement from Studio 3. There is a lot of the instrument music behind the lyrics that you didnt hear with the Studio 3
If you want a true review audiophiles are your friends
5:13 Audio check
Can’t believe APM are still the benchmark even after over 2 years. The microphone on the Beats is worst of all 3.
Mic quality
Airport max > xm5 > studio pro
APM sound way better than the other 2
Alright earphones but not worth the $180 as of now sale, let alone not worth the $350 MSRP. I have tested different headphones off Amazon when I bought these off best buy, the sound quality is the same on other cheaper brands like TOZO, soundcore similar over ear headphones than cost around $50. Good thing Best Buy accepts returns cause oh boy would I have regretted keeping these. I would rather buy some 1more quad driver earbuds, those blow these out of the water sound quality wise.
The Beats do not play nice with Apple products: you cannot switch between devices with them as you can with AirPods. Also, the Beats are uncomfortable, feel cheap and sound worse than AirPods Max and Pro. Returned mine after a week.
XM4 any given day over those 3
For Canadians, it's $469.95.
nothing is cheap for us
Beats shouldve been like $200
I've never wiped down a TSA Agent...
Sony goat
😊😊😊😊
I wish people would stop pluralizing the product model. It's Pro, not Pros.
Sure's things I'lls makes sure's I'lls says everything's withouts plurals goings forwards. Thanks fors watchings HiFilnsiders
@@MatthewMoniz Your welcomes. 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Love how Beats products have physical buttons. Gesture buttons on earbuds are the pits.
3rd
They’re so uncomfortable 😢
Yo first comment ;D
+$200 for auto-pause
first
ngl the beats kinda look a little cheap tho
The other 2 headphones are hideous air pads max look like they were designed by helicopter pilots
Beats has the worse mic of the 3. Not bad but not the best.
I agree!
USB-C sound out put? Try turn off Bluetooth in your laptop and lets hear it, Ill wait.
'Beats Studio Pro vs the Rest!', only compares against the 2 others. I guess there is only 3 headphones available in the whole world
😢 waaaah
Bose are still better
Another mainstream brand 😴
Sennheiser better, I highly recommend the momentum 4.
You think like That’s because your an audio file noob plug beats into a nice amp and I get one of the most iconic sonic experiences available
@@OkamineNot the noise canceling, though
do these connect to mac ?
Yup! by bluetooth, Type-C cable or the headphone jack
