I love you girl, and I can tell you first hand that quitting social media is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your mental health. People dont realize it but social media creates an overwhelming anxiety and FOMO that actually isnt natural in you, and will go away once you get off of it (obviously if you have anxiety over other things in your life then you'll still feel anxiety but the one generated from social media will dissipate). It teaches you to be distracted and that you need to have constant stimulation. I quit a long time ago and my life and mental health improved 1000%

Ahhh I just got my period too. I get cramps, but worse for me is the back pain. If I don't take extra strength meds then I can barely even sit up 😭 my period usually lasts for 7-8 days, but thankfully the pain gets better after the first 3ish days.
