Hi! I am a past student of yours and got 1400 (730 math and 670 eng) ALL because of you. I remember joining one of your live vids and telling you about unhappy I was with my score. But you told me that'd I'd get into amazing places, and guess what? I got into 5 of my early schools with ~60k scholarship in all of them. Thank you for believing in me when I couldn't. You told me to reach out when I get my results back :)
To the future test takers, binge all of his vids, I PROMISE 700+ will be an easy game for you!! Good luck!
Hey Saana! That's amazing, congratulations!!! Thank you so much for sharing :)
When things aren't going well - it's usually not a sign of failure - we just need to make a new plan.
Please make sure you update me on where you end up. I am streaming on Saturday March 9 or you could comment in my Community Tab or something. Chat soon! 🍻🍻🍻
@@Tutorllini Fax and sure thing! It's probably going to be Binghamton or ASU but I've got 10 more decisions left so imma wait :)
Thank you again!

@@saana05 All set!
Congratulations!
On Skill #1: Scale factors + Similar figures at time stamp 8:34, you put 200/25 = 4 even though it equals 8. So, the area of Rectangle A is 8 not 4.
Thank you so much Abe. I added a correction to the description of the video. Much appreciated!
underrated topic on the SAT, thank you man!

Great Stuff. Much appreciated
You're welcome Justin! Are you taking the exam this Saturday?
OMG! Thank you!
You're welcome!
Summarized formila:
For any similar shapes
(L1/L2)=(A1/A2)^1/2=(V1/V2)^1/3
At 15:20 Where did that 8 come from?
Question says "The diameter of Cylinder A is 8". Hope this helps!
I hope you will upload videos regularly
I have a question, why is it that you square the LSF when its a rectangle?
What you do has almost nothing to do with the type of shape.
LSF = K
ASF = K^2
VSF = K^3
This is true for all similar figures. I can't explain why it happens. Here is a link that goes thru a more rigorous exploration so you can see how it works better:
mathspace.co/textbooks/syllabuses/Syllabus-98/topics/Topic-1486/subtopics/Subtopic-58758/?activeTab=theory
I hope this helps!
I think one of the most important topics in dsat is circles ;)
When you are doing the scale factor problem at 8:50 you divide 200/25 and say the answer is 4, but 200/25 = 8!
There's already a correction at the bottom of the description. Check it out!
Thanks! I was looking at the comments section for the correction.
