- First life tank made out of spite from the forums. You don't need a super tank for R1 raids, just need knowledge and a little skill to make it work. This video was made to demonstrate some of the tactics I use when reaper raiding, and since it's a first life I can't just brute force everything like I can on my main character.

Nice! Can you explain why you spent 3 or 4 feats on spring attack? Also, for gear, most people say 3 piece sharn 7 piece winter, is that what you'd recommend as well?
Edit: I thought fighters could take toughness as bonus feat, I now see why you took spring attack
Hey Emergencies I'm trying a fighter tank too and got lots of tips from your videos! Can you tell me please which ED you are using on this video besides US? I assume some LD too but can't figure out what esle. Thanks in advance!
This guy is using LD and Divine Crusader. The extra fortification, mm immunity, and hp make it and extremely good option. My main tank uses Fury instead of DC just because it has the extra fate points. I can't make Fury work on this guy just because I would have to drop LD, and LD is just better than Fury.

What do you think paladin vs fighter for first life tank? Both viable?
Do you have the builder doc for the first life build ? I'm slowly working on my own fighter with no pl but i feel like there's better choice to be made then what i have
I didn't write it down sadly. But its not too hard to build. Grab the basic stuff in the stalwart tree going for the capstone, falconry for the qual hp, vanguard for arrow deflection, and racial stance+hamp. ED's are US, DC, and LD. Only notable thing is I dont grab the hands on a ftr since you only get 5 and need the AP for the other trees. Feats are almost all toughness and prr, essentially if it has defense I grab it. Also grabbed the 3 feats for spring attack, nothing super complicated.
@@emergenciesonly Hey! So I'm just wondering why go falconry for quality 5% if fighter core gives quality 10%? Is that oversight or do they stack? Thanks!
@@TotallyTribal They do not stack, no reason to take it as a fighter. If I did take it, I was probably just too lazy to respec after the update. Falconry still has sprint boost and some other good benefits as a tank which is why I still put points into it as a fighter.
Wow, How did you get 5.6k hp on that first lifer? can you list your gear set? @Emergencies Only
I open up my inventory at 0:17 which shows the gear. Just Guardian of the Gates and mostly winter items, autumn ring, goggles are collective sight with cha/cha. Main hand is the Kukri from PN.

we use the same gear set, but i only got 5.1k hp and its a third lifer toon, how did you get 500 more. which Filigree and ED you used?
