Natural Fighting x3 would give you more hitpoints than Toughness x3 at this point. Each Natural Fighting would be a 25% increase of your base class hitpoints, and then you take Epic Natural Fight if you care, but even without the epic it's still more hp than taking toughness 3 times. Toughness would be a good one to slip in for Epic Toughness if you wanna get that though, but Natural Fighting is there in place of the Shield Mastery line for Bear Form. Your character also has 5% damage reduction from your Barbarian levels. The 3 and 6 cores in Occult Slayer are giving you 2% more, so you actually have 7% I believe. Barbarian % DR is assessed before PRR/MRR DR.
It’s amazing how similar this dude is to the character he speaks about xd Also - amazing guide. Thanks a lot for this. I’m looking forward to tanking in ddo
Just a small comment, Bulwark of Defense triggers on Sacred Defense for sure (just tested on my tank) and therefore likely Stalwart defense too. Basically everything that is incompatible with raging
There is no rhyme or reason why Bulwark of Defense is not currently compatible with Nature's Protector's "Defensive Combat Stance" [Nature's Defense in-game tool tip]... it is a simple oversight, one amongst hundreds of inconsistencies in DDO that need to be addressed; it has existed since pre-SSG/DDO.
Working on a first lifer of this. How do you feel about In Legendary Dreadnought, dropping 1 pt of Push Through the Line for Dire Attack (Dire Charge)? I've always liked charging into groups of mobs as a tank. I haven't noticed any charging skills in the Druid tree, though I may have missed something.

Maybe I am missing something but where do you get extra hitpoints from Natural Fighting?
Going to run this on a shifter this weekend, thank you for all the builds you do.

@@Strimtom Thanks
Do bears eat beets?
How exactly are you wearing metal armor and shield in druid form?
Tier 5 of the natures protector tree lets you wear metal!
@@Strimtom Thanks! I looked and looked but managed to miss that each time! Much appreciated :D
Wait. What game is this? Is this Dnd NeverWinter on console?
No, this is a PC game called Dungeons and Dragons Online (DDO for short)
A paladin using poison should not be allowed . In real DnD using poison is act that is strictly against the Law Good alignment of a Paladin .
