DDO R10 Solo Invitation to Dinner Speedrun

I got a 5m 59s before this run, but I forgot to press record at the start. I was really proud of how well that run went and was extremely upset when I found out I wasn't recording. Idk why I hit record after the completion, but you get to see me whine about it. Then I got a faster run after and it still has potential to save more time. I will probably come back to this chain and post them again but even faster.
Rules are as followed:
• Melee only
• No store-bought consumables
• No invisibility use / sneaking past mobs
• No use of game breaking bugs
• Has to have a recording for a time to be established

I know in the 5m 59s run, my heart rate went over 160 when I was climbing the stairs at the very end. That last run up the stairs is pretty stressful with everything chasing you
