    Recipe 1:
    3 chicken breasts.
    Salt and black pepper.
    2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    Place chicken breasts on a plate.
    4-5 cloves of garlic.
    1 onion.
    1 tablespoon butter.
    Juice of 1 lemon.
    1 cup chicken broth or water.
    1 cup milk cream.
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
    Salt.
    Cook over low heat with lid on for 25 minutes.

    Recipe 2:
    3 chicken breasts.
    3 tablespoons olive oil.
    1 teaspoon salt.
    1 teaspoon paprika.
    1 teaspoon oregano.
    Juice of 1/2 lemon.
    2 onions.
    3 cloves of garlic.
    Mix well.
    4 tablespoons olive oil.
    Fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
    240 ml / 8 fl oz cream.
    Cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.
    2 carrots and 1 onion.
    Green beans.
    3 tablespoons olive oil.
    1 teaspoon salt.
    Fry until golden brown, 5 minutes.
    1 cup rice.
    Fry the rice for 3-4 minutes.
    Add 600 ml / 20 fl oz water and cook over medium heat with lid on for 12 minutes.

    Recipe 3:
    1 kg pork tenderloin (35 oz).
    Salt and black pepper.
    Fry the garlic over low heat until golden brown.
    Remove and reserve the garlic on a plate.
    Fry the pieces of meat over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    Keep the meat on a plate.
    2 onions.
    4-5 potatoes.
    Salt.
    1 teaspoon oregano.
    Cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes with the lid on.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add the chopped meat.
    1 cup heavy cream (240 ml / 8 fl oz).
    Cook over low heat for 3 minutes and remove from heat.

    60 ml / 2 fl oz olive oil.
    1 onion.
    Cook the onion over low heat for 3-4 minutes until it becomes transparent.
    While the onion is cooking, prepare 3-4 potatoes (approx. 700g).
    Cook the potato along with the onion over medium heat for another 20-22 minutes.
    6 eggs.
    1 teaspoon salt.
    Stir occasionally and try to lightly brown the potatoes.
    Check if the potatoes are cooked as I show you. If they break easily, they are cooked.
    Add the eggs and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
    Rotation using a plate.
    Cook for another 3-4 minutes and the potato omelet with onions is ready.
    In Spain the tortilla is cooked a little raw inside, but for safety reasons I prefer to cook it this way.
