I did read about this years ago, that when you tell people your plans, dreams or aspirations, usually you end up never following through with them. It's because your mind cant tell what's real from what isnt--so after talking about your plans with people, your mind behaves as if you've already accomplished the dream and the mind thinks it's in post-win celebration mode. So you feel happy for a short bit talking about it, and you lose your motivation to continue. The advice was simply to keep your close plans and dreams to yourself so only you know about it. Hope that helps.
So interesting! Yes, I had a teacher long ago that suggested that one should keep their ideas to themselves until they were fully ready to manifest. I think this explains a lot! Thanks for your thoughtful comment. 💜

I actually had to watch the second half over because I fell asleep so yeah, I was pretty relaxed! One weird thing is that when you lit the match I could smell it- pretty cool.

Can you do a soft spoken fabric cutting role play at your house? Like the ladies who measure, cut the fabric and ribbons, hand write the receipt? I used to get so many tingles from watching that as a kid. I love everything you do!
Oh that's a good idea! I've been binge watching Project Runway episodes lately, not very relaxing but I too like to see them working the fabric and measuring, etc. That would be a good asmr roleplay for sure. Big hugs!!

Oh I wish!! I have hiked, ridden and backpacked many sections of the PCT in California and have lived pretty close to the trail in my last 3 locations, but no, I haven't gotten up that far. I know exactly the place though, because I follow vlogs and videos of through hikers each season. This spring I plan to be a Trail Angel somewhere in the first 500 miles from Campo in the desert section. 💜
