Just one thing I recommend, it's working for me folks, after you workout don't shampoo always your head. Rinse it with really really cold water, since I've been doing it, my hair looks and feels stronger. Remember, cold water always in your head, shampooing or not. :)
YES YOU'RE SO FUCKING RIGHT! IT DOES WORK!!!
TABJ You are completely right, ever since I changed to cold showers my hair has been looking amazing
bro,is it good to take headbath daily ?
Rajvijay Kodari without shampoo yes! Shampoo isn’t for daily use. Use it every other day.
@@rajvijaykodari3140 It's actually not good for your hair to shower everyday however you can bathe everyday just not wash your hair everyday it strips away the natural oils from your hair wash your hair every two days it's so much better
Thanks doc
I started to loose my hair right after I started to work out it fell out like crazy
Maybe it was because of something else!?!

The same thing happened to me I started working out about a year and I noticed hairless but I found out that it's actually the sweat that causes you to lose hair because when you sweat a lot, your hair glands fill up with sweat so it's an unpleasant environment for hair growth making the gland not be able to hold onto strands so it leads to hair loss

REALLLYYYY. do you push yourself too muc h?
I started working out four months ago. My hair is falling out.
I’ve lost 25lbs.
Not eating sweets.

I hope he's right. There was an episode of The Hair Loss Show where Vikram's answer to whether weight training causes hair loss was "I don't know." I was hoping it be a myth that he would immediately declare to be false.
There is no serious study done yet on this topic and it is ridiculous because it concerns so many people. The studies that exist contradict each other and they are generally badly done. I think the study should be with around 100 guys in their 30s with androgenic alopecia, where they monitor for 1 year their hair progression without any workouts, then 1 year they give each of them different sorts of workouts (cardio, strength, hypertrophy) and then half of them stop and half of them continue to check longer term results.

its lack of low intesnity movement like walkiung which helps stress so much. toxic people. narcissists. bad food. stayiung up late. stress. anxiety. they all combine. but just walkng helps so much. IF YOU DONT WALK ATLEAST 30 MINUTES A DAY YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR MISSING. IT MAY SEEM NOT IMPORTANT DO IT.
repent of ur sins and get saved belive in jesus.
I've been working out for 2 years now and recently for the past few months i would notice a lot of hair falling out . Now this wasn't a lot at one time but it was still a considerable amount. I don't notice my hair line pushing back or the sides moving either. I'm probably overreacting .
