I guess you don't always need science to prove something. Just try it. My hair always thickens up and grows when I brush or massage my scalp. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Some things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp.
