The main point I am trying to get across is that to deal with baldness positively and successfully it is important to occupy your energy with progression.
Find areas of your life that you can progress in. I think that running regularly is a great option for many people with its benefits to overall physical and mental healthy. Running is also an activity that you can make a lot of progress in a short amount of time.
You can download the runtastic app to track your progress here. I use the free version. itunes.apple.com/us/app/runta...

I tried 15 minutes skip rope everyday
Hair fall stopped significantly after 2 days
What I looked up for hair:
    - for mental health: it reduce stress and anxiety. This might help when the genetic hair loss accelerates because of stress
    - aerobic exercises like running or skip rope or jogging reduces dht in scalp as opposed to weight training which increases dht. Try running after workout
    - for physical health: due to physical stress when gym hair loss accelerates too. And hair follicle go to telogen effluvium state. Aerobic exercise combat this and push to growing state

My problem is I worked to hard, then developed presuncope when I stopped, and hairloss. Now my body won't pump bliid toy head without jogging all day or else my hair falls out

How important do you think it is for men to keep fit/ be in good shape and do you think this is more important for bald men in particular?

    • @Baldcafe
      @Baldcafe  Před 5 lety +1

Very important for all men. And arguably even more important for bald guys. it goes such a long way to keeping your spirits high, you build strength both physically and mentally if you implement a regular work out/exercise routine. I highly recommend nd it.

Baldcafe I completely agree. I think the bald look better suits a more chiseled/ lean face which is obtained by regular exercise

Running gives oxygen to the hair follicles it's very essential thing for hair see the lack of oxygen in the hair follicle is the reason for falling. Because of the androgenic alopecia shrinking because androgenic alopecia is the opening in the hair follicle starting to get closed because of the dht and because it's getting closed there's less oxygen flowing it's harder to get oxygen flowing the hair follicle so more is required running forces oxygen in of course never said it could stop from falling but most people don't run that much In good oxygen daily every day for even a year consistently nobody really does it to even find out and no one does it early enough in the hair loss progression to even find out I mean the shrinkage junk food makes it bad too.

I did have a small forum but couldn't give it the time it needed. I've been told I should start a discord?

@@Baldcafe Speaking from my current experience, your videos have been a great support. But in a time when men's mental health support is a all time low, I recon we could all do with a point of contact from people that have been though the same.. you could maybe go down the charity routine, as who knows how much balding issue contribute to depression and male suicide?

also type "balding hair support" in google.. Its only women's support that shows. I find when men have issues we just have to shut up and get on with it.. Prostate cancer is as big of a Killer as Breast cancer.. Yet it kept quite.. we just have to suffer in silence, compared to all the awareness, donations in research, support, Charites there is a huge difference.. why?

Running early morning can promote new hair growth if we face hairloss

Rohit Saroj Do you have any research to back that up? Send me a link to the research if you can. Thanks

@@Baldcafe This may make sense, because it is known that in the morning it is good to do body stretching and drink water, and therefore, doing more energetic sports before eating healthy food will be absorbed by the body.

@@Baldcafe it's not research but an observation, may be a sample of 100 morning runners vs 100 gym goers
