Thank you for this let's play! ♥ I still live in Siberia. And I have no one to play with during this difficult time. I am against the war in Ukraine. Therefore, I am preparing to emigrate. I am packing my games for transportation to another country (Kazakhstan). My Island is not packed yet. I look at him with sadness. And suddenly your video comes out! I played with you today. And yes, I screamed on the very first turn of the game: Nikki, no! You can’t place an element on the field like that! But I still love watching Nikki play. Nikki is my favorite player. She is calm but spontaneous. Nikki calms me down with her playing. My character is much more assertive and choleric. And she put stickers where I did! I also really love Dave. I'm emotional, but I think through all the moves. My soul and my mind operate separately. My mind is cold. And the soul is hot. Dave looks the same. Dave is rational. But emotional. And he's kind. There is a lot of aggression around me now. It's a shame that everyone can't be like Dave. Rational, calculating everything, but sensitive and kind...

@27:17 Deborah could have rotated the tile placing the House and the Farm on the Beach and just pointing the green tile into the middle. Would have saved her a point at the end.

It's an interesting game. I think my favorite decision point was in Episode 3-deciding whether to continue covering beaches or move further in. I can now see how negative points can be a possibility. Every time a beach was covered, I commented to myself, "how about the sea turtle? Where would they lay their eggs?" 🐢 Are you going to do a live to continue the episodes?

Did you guys know you are playing board games with a vampire.
we recently finished this campaign. I admit it was a letdown, the original is so much better. It started quite enjoyable and as good as my city but final chapters were not as appealing and fell a little flat. I had a hard time "wanting" to finish it.
this is totally one of those linear games that if they all played their tiles the same way they could all get the same score. also i feel like Lincoln is tired of Dave's crap.
