Just made the first 2 versions of this for me and my family and first off the, Korean style is a noticable difference than the classic, and secondly... WE LOVE IT!! Followed instructions step by step and it came out ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! TIP: The second batter was quite similar to a 3- ingredient doughnut recipe I've watched before. It's essential if you have no yeast. You just have to replace it with milk and baking powder and it'll make the same sticky consistency. Its quality will probably not be as high as the one with the yeast but I would definitely try it with this corndog recipe❤

Thank you Aaron and Claire! I tried today the original batter recipe for the corndog and my family loved it! I did not have the breadcrumbs or mustard , only used ketchup and mayonnaise but it really taste good! I will try the other verSion next time!

Omg! I was just craving corn dogs this week!! In Toronto there is a Korean restaurant called Chung Chun Rice Dog and they have Ramen corn dog 😍 but now I want to try and learn how to make the original and most popular ones!

For the sausage cheese one, you should cut them into smaller pieces and then do a rotate pattern (sausage cheese sausage cheese, etc.) That way you can have sausage and cheese together

When you taste a korean sausage, does it taste more like an America "hot dog?" Should I use a special smoked sausage or a hotdog to put on the skewer?
Much less salt in a Korean hotdog. And they don't have a lot of smoked meat. But that sounds like an amazing idea.
Well because it is fried it taste much different from the American hot dog. Also try to get some sausages that is less seasoned, those are way too salty and won’t taste like the korean ones.
Maybe try the Johnsonville mini sausages they have? Can't remember what they're exactly called but they are the size of a hot dog and a lot better. Now when I want a hot dog that's what I buy. Thry don't taste like Johnsonville brats but not hot dogs either.
