Does anyone know how to change the default unlock code to your own? I followed these steps and entered the code I programmed and nothing happens..

you need to do the first step at 1:38. Door handling identification process. If you skip this step it will not reprogram.

I replaced the batteries and now the lock is working in reverse. You enter a code to lock it but if you press the tacklife button it will unlock. Is there some admin code, I’ve tried resetting it multiple times same result. I’ve called no answer.

When entering my code the numbers that I need to use on the keypad does not respond sometimes especially when it's very cold and when it's very hot. Now my keypad is a little over a year old but this should not be happening. I've contacted the company and I can't wait hear back from them. I notice that they no longer sell this brand on Amazon, which is where I purchased it from. Honestly I'm starting to think that it's just better to purchase well-known and established brands as oppose to these no-name brands that are on sites like Amazon who get good reviews of their products from people who have only used the product for a day or two. The keypad worked great for a few months before I started having these problems but I thought it was the batteries or just a minor glitch. I should've contacted the company sooner but they have probably had similar complaints so they are likely aware of this issued with their keypads......that's probably why they stopped producing and/or selling them themselves!
