Great video! I love that you covered the “what ifs” things don’t go the way they are supposed to. Helped me out a great deal in changing my user code and master code.
Your excellent instructions saved the day! I was able re-set and now used daily .it was already installed in a recent home purchase. We hoped to find a solution and you had the best. From the beginning i learned how to initiate the "directional operation/(L/R door side setup" it's the trick where you turn the bolt outward then hit reset to sense the location that was the most important information. My deadbolt was missing the ‘English’ directions and rather than go back to the store, I rolled the dice on CZcams.
Initially I wanted to skip this video because it was long, however, I took that to mean it would have the greatest detail for programming.
Thank you for skipping through installation - I feel if I needed a video on how to install, I should not have a ‘smart lock’!!

It was so screwed up, we couldn’t get the key out unless I locked the door from the outside, then enter my house from the garage! I finally told them to forget it and I would do it myself! The next day I certainly did thanks to you and your awesome instructions!

Thank you for the video. Helped a lot since I lost the manual. Don't forget to press the lock button a SECOND time AFTER choosing what number you want to go to THEN put in the code and press lock button again. That second lock press kept confusing me on the directions. It has a list of numbers to choose from and there is only one lock symbol in the middle of the list for everything. Thanks again!
