Guys, I just set up it up after debugging this.
If you are stuck, start over:
- Do a factory reset. Open the panel by pulling it up, use a screw to press the button through the hole and hold for 5 seconds. You will hear three beeps. It is now reset.
- First you have to change the programming code. This is not the lock/unlock code, but the one used to create the the former.
- Press 0 0 0 0 and immediately press Lock/Unlock button.
- Wait for two blinks of the red light
- Press 4
- Wait for two blinks of the red light
- Then press Lock/Unlock.
- Then wait for another two blinks of the red light.
- Then enter your new Programming Code. (This is not the lock/unlock code)
- Wait two blinks of the red light
- Press Lock/Unlock button
Next, it is time to change the lock/unlock code:
- Enter the new programming code (from above)
- Press Lock/Unlock button
- Wait for 2 blinks of the red light
- Press 1
- Wait for 2 blinks of the red light
- Enter your new lock/unlock code (user code)
- Wait for 2 blinks of the red light
- Enter Lock/Unlock

I followed your video. Got green lights all the way until I tried to lock and unlock the door. I shut the door and pushed the lock/unlock button. Nothing happened except for a red light and beep.
I had someone manually lock it from the inside then I entered the set user code and pushed the unlock button - I got the red light and beep.
What am I missing?
