Word yo
Even if this version of Deadpool wasn't really "Deadpool", this moment was still cool
It wasn't deadpool, it was wade Wilson
@@conserztasfia0078 and Isnt wade wilson deadpool's real name?
They got the quippy lines part right, but missed on everything else.
wouldnt that be the opposite tho? like the other version of wade isnt really the same as this version cuz deadpool is based from this version
He was, he was just an alternate world version of Deadpool.
In the Marvel comics version, he was made superhuman by a combination of the Canadian version of an attempt to recreate the Super-Soldier Serum and a genetic grafting of Wolverine's healing factor (which, again, also enhanced his cancer -- cancer cells are, after all, the body's own cells, just absent the common cause to be part of a functioning body).
In the X-Men universe (as presented here), he's a mutant with enhanced reflexes and perception (sufficient to allow him to deflect automatic weapon fire with his ninja-to at close range) as well as strength, agility, and stamina that are at least at peak human levels if not slightly superhuman (considering the fairly effortless leap about 6 feet up and probably 9 feet forward from a standing start). Later he has several mutant powers genetically grafted onto him (at least temporarily), including Wolverine's healing factor (necessary to allow him to survive the rest of the procedures).
In the Deadpool movie version, he gets a treatment that is supposed to release latent mutations, and gives him regenerative powers (but also gives them to his cancer in equal measure, hence the oft-quipped-upon appearance issues). In Deadpool 2, it's heavily implied that he is the same Deadpool from the Wolverine movie, as he pulls the same bullet-deflecting move against Cable (less effectively -- either he's rusty, or his cancer is at least partially slowing him down). This is reinforced by Colossus treating and referring to him as a mutant: the Wolverine movie version *is* a mutant, with another mutant's powers added artificially. The Marvel comics one is a *mutate* -- someone who is genetically altered by artificial means.
Presumably, the grafting of powers by Stryker was temporary, or was burned out by reattaching his head (as he's seen starting to do in the end credits scene in Wolverine). The treatment in Deadpool re-awakens the healing factor he got from Wolverine in the previous treatment, but applies it to his healthy cells *and* his cancer cells.
Side note: Vanessa in the comics is a very powerful shapeshifter, who copies people down to a genetic level, including their powers (and sometimes does it involuntarily just by being around them). She survived an apparent assassination attempt and actually works out of a food truck that sells Wade's favorite chimichangas -- but Wade doesn't know it's her.
Best part is when they made fun of this scene in Deadpool 2, and Deadpool got shot so many times just trying to block Cable's bullets.

Thanos smile 😂😂😂
One way to look at it is perhaps wade got a little careless once he got the ability to heal
There was also a reference to when he was weapon X in wolverine. "you'd be the perfect weapon if you didn't have that mouth of yours": well, he had that mouth sealed shut as weapon X.
@@viiofwands3076 Yeah, I think it's a mixture of him slowing down/not really caring since the bullets won't really do anything to him anyways, but he still wanted to "flex his muscles" for that scene to see if he still really had it in him, which..... nah, he don't.
1:52 at .25x speed, it’s something you’d never really notice but is a neat detail
Wow tats crazy. His skeleton teleported first then his clothes and guns. How did u found out?
That's actually legit cool. Never noticed.

I'm sorry, but the 3 guys fighting hard to hide smiles is the most human, heart warming thing I've ever seen in an action movie. That was the realist reaction possible, and I'm tempted to figure they were sincere, the director likely having simply said "Ryan, if you could just be you till you're interrupted? Thanks."
He didn’t have a script 😂 they made him write his own lines
Dude, the whole elevator banter is hilarious.
You know you're fast if you can deflect bullets from 8 men firing at you simultaneously with machine guns.
Well, i know it is written often in todays journalism but there was no mashine GUN in this szene. Thats a heavier caliber.
@@MT-su2lq These were fully automatic weapons. Not all machine guns are high caliber. In fact, most submachine guns use 9mm ammo. Also, not all machine guns are belt fed.
If you're fast enough to deflect this many bullets from multiple directions, you're fast enough to just dodge them and kill everyone without getting hit once.
Deadpool is a badass.
I love the way he moves his swords super fast.
The guy who stopped a tank's round with his bare fist is afraid of the bullets.
If you really think about it, that guy alone could have solo'd this mission. Given Blob's set of powers, he'd have no problems busting a relatively small time african compound on his own. But you know, they needed a team for the bad guys to betray and hunt down and if you bring a team, they gotta have something to do. Otherwise, why are they even there?
@@Vijar515 hmm.... Better explanation
And Wolverine and Sabre-tooth also duck out of the way ...
They can still feel pain most likely
@@Xylarxcode Probably just a precaution.
the fact that Bradely had to be told to do his power and not just instinctively do it was so infuriating. Like you know you're the only one who can move the elevator lol tbh i love this movie
I think because since they are a unit, he waits for the order
U dont act on ur own accord unless given instructions or orders
True, soldiers should always just do whatever they feel like doing in any given scenario. Just sort of do whatever, whenever they want. :-)
Its so obviuous that since hes in a squad, he has to wait for the higher up to give the order
the boss has to have something to do to justify his existence in the movie
I'm amazed how Stryker hid his hatred of mutants so well that even wolverine and sabertooth who have superhuman senses couldn't pick up on it
They can’t read minds dude
@@Dctctx but their senses are superhuman
@@Scoobydude-qp5mt yes. They still can’t read minds or see peoples intention or something.
@@Dctctx people can still have bad feelings about people, plus they've got years of experience fighting in war. And body language. I feel like they should be able to pick up on small bits of Strykers personality.
@@Scoobydude-qp5mt They're not dogs or wolves and people don't work like that, they can't smell if someone is up to something, that's not how life work, that's looney tunes shit 😂
"I don't want your diamonds." A sensible man might have led with that instead of taking down the entire compound.
i presume he left no survivors for secrecy's sake, killing those guys at the start was just part of getting the job done.
0:28 I want to see this interaction between Deadpool and Wolverine in Deadpool 3 😂😂😂
Logan : "what the!? Wade is that you!? How to f** you still alive!?"
Wade: "Oh yes and no. Back then i was played by a Scott Adkins as a mouth sewed shiny head with tattoos."
Logan: "The what?"
Wade: "Oh nevermind, you wouldn't know it. But hey how are you feeling in these days huh?"
Logan: "I'm about to cut your head off if you don't shut up."
Wade: "That's not gonna work out but let's cut some head together, what do you say bro?"
Logan: *sigh* "I guess that's fine then."
Hey guess what
When you realize all these could’ve been avoided if that teleporter teleports in and take it 😂
Yeah but then we wouldn't get the awesome action, lol.
They werent really after the stone, they wanted to know where they got it.
@@jetplane2649 or they could have just asked as the guy didn't even care of it.
Most teleporters in fiction require to either see where they’re going, or have been there before. Perhaps his works similarly and he couldn’t teleport into the building having never been there. Whereas teleporting to the other end of the room later in the video is within his eyesight.
Range. And he can't stop bullet hell getting him shot.
1:51 They just ignore how good his power is in this movie. Imagine a teleporter can teleport with a big gun. Azazel already very powerful by teleport with 2 daggers. Now imagine teleporter carry bombs, grenade, guns. I think this whole operation could be done by him alone, teleport right in there drop a grenade and pick the boss guy and teleport out then interrogate him somewhere else safe.
The problem with his is that I believe how Sabertooth beats him is that his skeleton has to form in first then the rest of his body. So he actually has to be extra extra carful where he teleports.
@@sourdoughtv9828 it the same problem with any teleporter. Don’t be predictable. He teleport in like 2 frames on a 30 frame per second video. So sabretooth beat hin because he know where he going to be. Maybe because they fight together for a long time before. Also maybe because of his senses.
Ryan Reynolds was always awesome Deadpool in the X-Men origin wolverine 👍👏👏⚡❤️💯
Ryan Reynolds is awesome
African warlord uses adamantium as a paperweight.
I love it

Been more than a decade since the movie came out but I still remember this scene not only for Ryan Reynolds performance but also that guitar... still gives me goosebumps listening to it kick in.
0:16 The best part about everyone cracking up at Wade's jokes is that it's completely genuine. Ryan Reynolds would keep improvising his lines, causing the other actors to break, and the director decided to keep it in. 0:35 Notice how Fred and Bradley go from laughing to back to being serious.
This short deadpool cameo was better than his entire role in Green lantern 😅

1:05 Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce Ryan Reynolds’ most badass moment!
I've always wondered how Striker even knew about the rock on the boss' desk in the first place if the boss didn't think it was valuable and just a "souvenir."
Don't ask smart questions. Script writers will be embarrassed.
The boss at the end : maybe next time i should talk them first instead of killing all my guards .
I feel like Ryan Reynolds has a similar personality in real life as well
The m41a pulse rifle from Aliens that Will.Am.I had on him was the moment. Talk about a crossover!
They're recycling props on Hollywood....
So you’re telling me Stryker broke into this dude’s facility and murdered a bunch of people just to steal a rock off the desk that this guy considered a souvenir and thought was worthless? Feel like you couldn’t just emailed him about the rock.
This is the best version of deadpool we've seen with a blade in three movies
AGREE :):):):)
1:43 I never noticed that sarcastic little salute Ryan Reynolds does here
Great catch!
"Never bring a sword to a gun fight"
This dude: ...
When Striker picks up the rock from his desk and says that's what he came for, the next line should have been "Dude, you could of just asked me for it"
Notice Will I Am is using the weapon M41A Pulse Rifle a weapon that the Colonial Marines used in Aliens.

🎶LET'S GET IT STARTED IN HERE🎶
Reynold's back lit armpit hair is gorgeous
Queer as a fish ⬆
Love the fact that at 1:56 you watch a reversed shot of logan looking up, then the regular version of that shot moments later haha, way to re-use it :D
Deadpool mode
"Those are really fast"
I like the Green! Brings out the seriousness in your eyes! 😂😂😂😂
About to be a badass the next 6seconds ❤
Awesome! 💯
He could’ve made such a great baseball player if he can see where the bullets are going at that speed, home run every time
Stuck in a elevator with 5 guys on a high protein diet 😂
I go to the gym lmao
Gyms have good air conditioning though, an elevator would be pretty smelly
Even though they did a terrible job with deadpool this scene is still pretty cool
“Okay, people are dead.”
stryker is so polite
Absolutely loved this xmen movie... i think its my favorite
Have you.... have you watched any other X-Men movies? 🤣🤣
@@Cloud21283 u dont like this one? i liked the personal perspective that we had from logan's side... also loved his love relationship with the chick i forgot the name...
@@OriginalKarasu Its one of the worst xmen films in most everyones opinions. It would have been a lot better if the Deadpool didnt exist in it.
@@Cloud21283 I guess I am a part of the minority of people who actually like this movie, but it's not as bad as people say that it is. I do agree that Deadpool wasn't what the fans were expecting, but he was given justice by the Deadpool movies on the new timeline. Don't hate a movie for one choice that the writers made. There are so many mutants with amazing action scenes in this movie. Wade Wilson, Wolverine, Agent Zero, Gambit, Fred Dukes even. Heck Bradley's death was really well made in my opinion, the philosophical meaning of fear, representing his heart with a light bulb and more.
@@radoslavl921 I dont hate this movie, I just found it underwhelming compared to most the other selections in the franchise. Some of the casting choices were on point. I liked the casting choices for Sabretooth, Gambit, and Stryker especially. Reynolds was also great as Wade Wilson, but not so much as "Deadpool." The thing that took me out of it a lot though was the poor CGI used in so many scenes. The script was pretty meh too. As a standalone comic book action flick, its great, as an entry into the X-Men franchise its pretty lackluster.
I can't get over how Hugh Jackman is the ultimate weapon/mutant in the movies, but in real life, people call him a cinnamon roll
IMO this is scene is MCU cannon, right before he became Deadpool. its a perfect portrayal. Not the sewn mouth weapon x version of him tho.
the fact: when stab those two bodyguards there was no blood in his swords
"If you didn't have that mouth on you Wade, you'd be the perfect soldier." God I loved the foreshadowing. This scene was insane though. No surprise that Stryker chose him to be Weapon X.
One of my most favourite scenes of all times. And I don't care what anybody else says!
Wade reflecting the bullets is the coolest scene
How is this possible that after Wade pulled out the swords from dead human body, he just stabbed, there is no blood on the sword.
The fact that Logan and Stryker are the only ones in this scene not amused by Wade kinda makes them both look like killjoys.
Was that his power before going to the island? Hyper reflexes
Scrolling through comments came to this and thought...hmm I really wanna know that too lol. Looks like before weapon x he didn't have powers but was like God level multi combat techniques and reflexes. But there was something else mentioning he had a slight healing factor, like how wolverine USED to be in the 90s cartoon.
The only moment he was remotely close to Deadpool in the movie
It's funny how the guy standing in the back of the elevator looks more like Cable than the actor (Josh Brolin) they got to play Cable in Deadpool 2. 😆
God i sure hope Deadpool meets him...i meam even though he killed him in 79
They were really pushing the mouth thing in this dialogue huh.
Sooo anyone else realized there could’ve been an instant tie in. That rock could’ve been vibranium
I would have watched a whole movie of this whole team on different missions like a suicide squad like movie
I like how he stab the last 2 people but the swords are still clean
It's because the movie is PG-13
We all knew from this movie forward that Ryan Reynolds was Deadpool
Great......😂 0:17 Dreams really do come true
Super Deadpool ❤
They all wanna crack up😅
Now this is the better Deadpool.
DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE!
#Deadpool&Wolverine
The elevator scene is so funny.
he could of just asked him lol
Wolverine & sabretooth in this visit only as tourist...others have their job to do.😂😂
Maximum effort!
Why didn’t Bradley just shut off the lights in the building?😂😂😂😂 Logan logic 101
Does Wade see bullets in slow motion or he just has quick hands?🤔
I knew I saw the actor who plays The Deep somewhere'
Donde es la biblioteca ???
so they had a teleporting dude, and they wanted the stone that no one cared about, why would they kill all the other guys for?
They tried too hard to point out "his mouth"...
1:01 where is his other sword?
I find it funny he parodied this scene to deapool2
I was so happy when Ryan Reynolds got to redeem himself later on.
- Stuck in an elevator with five guys on a high protein diet.
- Dreams really do come true
I know it's a movie so you're not supposed too tske it seriously but even though deadpool is supposed to be able to stop bullets like that i still can't get around the fact he definitely can't move fast enough to stop that many bullets being shot at him moving as slow as he is there
This is partially Deadpool, the other half of the movie doesn't exist
Still there's not a single blood on his swords
It is just so funny how they literally line up in front of each other. Someone did not clear their 15
What I always find funny and slightly annoying about this particular sequence is this scene right here 1:02
We've already seen Fred plug a tanks cannon and shrug off the explosion as a minor "ouchie" on his fist, yet there he is behind Wade stepping to the side to not get shot instead of standing right behind wade to provide protection for the rest of the team inside the elevator
I think it's more of giving wade room to do his sword thing besides even if he could shrug it off, I don't think he'd want to be shot as a tank shell made his hand sore but a bullet being much smaller would be like 1000 mosquito bites and those would be Hella annoying
@@cliffordgardner7975 He'd barely feel the bullets actually, given in the comics and even the animated series he's taken wolverines claws into his gut without so much as a nick to his skin
The only people that have ever harmed him in the comics/series are cyclops, hulk, magneto and basically anyone that can mess with his mind
Shhhhh!!!!! It's a movie - and you're ruining it for the rest of us!
@No U in the comics he was still fat, this fred is actually fit and thus his layers of fat that doesn't grant him pain immunity isn't there. But again it would be like getting bit by mosquitoes, annoying unless one of those bullets goes into his eyes which to my knowledge he has no defense for. Plus he would still be in Wade's way for his sword trick
What I find funny is that everyone besides Wade was able to move out of the way in the elevator. How did that happen? And to others point why would Logan and Fred even care if they did get hit?
The opening scene with Deadpool was really awesome and cool. But in the end, they ruined him.
I totally forgot that Ryan Reynolds played Deadpool before Ryan Reynolds played Deadpool.
Totally realistic.
PRetty sure Hank can't be hurt by bullets.
Y'all obviously have many trying to stop me from telling on them 🤣
Say what you will about this movie, I actually really liked it.
